Peru's Eliseo Mina managed, thanks to a brazen rush, stole the ball on a throw-in made by Igor Batuecas in the 12 minute of the game. INTOCABLES 2oo4's Robert Bresson played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Julian Murillo in the 13th minute of play. Robert Bresson made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Julian Murillo in the 14th minute of play. Luz Tejedor scored 0-2 in the 15th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Robert Bresson, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Rolando Noboa showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Gerson Santana, who was totally free with the ball in the 18th minute. In the 20th minute Luz Tejedor shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Robert Bresson saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Rolando Noboa made a fantastic save in the 23rd minute, when Ibon Duarte sent off a good shot on target. Peru's Eliseo Mina quite brazenly broke a throw-in by Igor Batuecas, made in the 24th minute of the game. In the 25th minute, Anthony Alvarado hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Rolando Noboa made a fantastic save in the 26th minute, when Gerson Santana sent off a good shot on target. In the 27th minute INTOCABLES 2oo4 were awarded a corner. Lenílson Siqueira went to the cornerflag to take it. 30 minutes into the match, Eliseo Mina notched a goal, 0-3, to the right of INTOCABLES 2oo4's Robert Bresson. Robert Bresson was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. The audience was convinced that Gerson Santana's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Rolando Noboa was relentless in the 39th minute of the game. In the 41st minute Luz Tejedor shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Robert Bresson saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Efraim Gilabert's late challenge caught a INTOCABLES 2oo4's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Efraim Gilabert helped the player get up and apologised. In a very dangerous position, a player in Peru fell when an opponent tried to get the ball from him in the 43rd minute. Penalty! Disappointed in the 1-3 score, the home team went to the dressing room to adjust tactics for the second half.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Gerson Santana to strike the kick off in the second half. 53 minutes into the match, Eliseo Mina dribbled the ball past the defender and swiftly kicked the ball to the left of Robert Bresson, 1-4. Rolando Noboa took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Gerson Santana, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. The audience thought a goal was coming when Milagros Fraga got free with Robert Bresson in the 58th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Peru were awarded a corner in the 59th minute after INTOCABLES 2oo4's defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. Luz Tejedor took the corner. It was a well-played corner which Alonso Berganza managed to volley towards the net. Unfortunately, he didn't get a great hit on the ball and it went out into the grandstand. Rolando Noboa made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Gerson Santana in the 62nd minute of play. In the 65th minute, Julian Murillo ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Robert Bresson was frozen by the shot and now it was 1-5. In the 75th minute the ball was on its way in behind Peru's goalkeeper Rolando Noboa, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Julian Murillo could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 77th minute of the match, but Robert Bresson made a huge save. With a little luck, INTOCABLES 2oo4's Robert Bresson got control of the ball when Julian Murillo tried to sneak it across the goal line. Peru's Eliseo Mina managed, thanks to a brazen rush, stole the ball on a throw-in made by Igor Batuecas in the 80 minute of the game. Robert Bresson showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Julian Murillo in the 84th minute of the match. Robert Bresson showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Eliseo Mina, who was totally free with the ball in the 87th minute. Peru's Eliseo Alcocer was substituted for Moises Gayoso. Peru's Antonio Tenorio was substituted for Luz Tejedor. A nice corner shot did that Eliseo Mina got away a dangerous shot. Despite this Robert Bresson quite easily got ahold of the ball to make the save. The corner led Peru's Joaquin Prats to fire away a dangerous shot which Robert Bresson despite some difficulties managed to get hold on the ball. When Antonio Tenorio in the 96th play minute got the chance to kick a hard shot on goal from short distance neither the defense or Robert Bresson kept up with the ball and suddenly the score was 2-6 when the ball slipped into goal inside the left pole.
