Spectators: 50 (Terracing: 38, Seating: 11, VIP seats: 1) It was fairly windy and cold on the field when Emil Scobioalã kicked off to start the match. An unexpectedly hard shot by Emil Scobioalã in the 6th minute of play forced Venezuela's goalkeeper Jonathan Ferrant to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Patricio Costa recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 11th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. 12 minutes into the game, one of Venezuela:s players got tackled near the goal, and the referee blew for a penalty. Rigoberto Mina kicked well hit freekick during the 19th minute of the match. With an all-out effort, UFC Puturoasa's Jonathan Ferrant threw himself towards the right post 22 minutes into the match and grabbed hold of the ball from Tadeusz Pracki, which otherwise would have been placed in the net. The supporters of UFC Puturoasa booed when Venezuela was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 24 match minutes in a wonderful position. Patricio Costa didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 30thth minute of the game Emil Scobioalã who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Venezuela's Jonathan Ferrant was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. If Sandu Musteatã had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 31st minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 33rd minute Emil Scobioalã shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Jonathan Ferrant saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Jonathan Ferrant made a fantastic save in the 35th minute, when Sandu Musteatã sent off a good shot on target. Emil Scobioalã sent away a hard shot on goal in the 47th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. Af the end of the first half the score was 2-0. The first half had gone as expected for the home team.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Tomas Illescas to make the kick off. After a rather tough play, Venezuela's Jose Correa got a free kick in the 53rd minute. The supporters of UFC Puturoasa booed when Venezuela was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 58 match minutes in a wonderful position. Rigoberto Mina didn't get a good kick on the ball. 60 minutes into the match, Venezuela's goal looked a bit too open when Emil Scobioalã came free, but Jonathan Ferrant reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. The crowd rose to their feet as Venezuela's Tomas Illescas slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Carlos Alberto Salgado. That made the score 2-1 after 79 minutes of play. UFC Puturoasa's Alphonso Davies was substituted for Vladimir Griceanu. UFC Puturoasa's Teodor Cociu was substituted for Lars Stålman. UFC Puturoasa's Carlos Alberto Salgado proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 84th minute of the match, managed to save UFC Puturoasa from getting a goal against them. Jonathan Ferrant took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Emil Scobioalã, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After a rather tough play, UFC Puturoasa's Alphonso Davies got a free kick in the 88th minute. Patricio Costa received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 91st minute. Carlos Alberto Salgado tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. UFC Puturoasa's Carlos Alberto Salgado played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Tomas Illescas in the 92nd minute of play. Jonathan Ferrant showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Sandu Musteatã, who was totally free with the ball in the 93rd minute.
