ZORZAL01's Gaudencio Richie played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Nicanor Macerio in the 11th minute of play. In the 16th minute the ball was on its way in behind ZORZAL01's goalkeeper Gaudencio Richie, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. After 19 minutes, Nicanor Macerio mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Oflador FC 2003 and the ZORZAL01 players grew even worse after the yellow card. Gaudencio Richie showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Nicanor Macerio, who was totally free with the ball in the 41st minute. 48 minutes into the match, Oflador FC 2003's goal looked a bit too open when Paolo Gotzon came free, but Esteve Espiridion reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After the first half the score was level. The break gave the players a chance to catch their breath, whilst the managers went over the tactics with them again.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Fernando Gonzo to strike the kick off in the second half. After 74 played minutes ZORZAL01 got a freekick which was hit by Apolo Dalmau. In the 76th match minute, ZORZAL01 was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Apolo Dalmau to maneuver through the defense. Nicanor Macerio could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 77th minute of the match, but Gaudencio Richie made a huge save. In the 86th minute, Nicanor Macerio got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal.

After the break the players went out on the field to play the first half of overtime with revived energy in their legs. ZORZAL01's Edgardo Nardo started the play with the initial kick off. Cayetano Aurken hit a great freekick 99 minutes into the match. After 100 minutes, Fernando Gonzo mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Oflador FC 2003 and the ZORZAL01 players grew even worse after the yellow card. A collision led to Oflador FC 2003 getting a freekick after 100 minutes play. Fernando Gonzo hit a great ball. The away crowd were delighted with the way their team had played and cheered loudly when the final whistle sounded. Oflador FC 2003 walked away with the win, even though the match was close until the end.
