Gasteiz Latorre might have been able to make a better finish in the 9th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Henri-Patrick Widdepenninck. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Gasteiz Latorre ran back to his position shaking his head. Thierry Emry FC's Henri-Patrick Widdepenninck proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 9th minute of the match, managed to save Thierry Emry FC from getting a goal against them. Jeremy Avellana didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Şaban Saraçoğlu went, in the 14th minute, to the upper right corner, 1-1 was the resulting score. Gasteiz Latorre came free with the goalkeeper in the 17th minute of the match, and shot straight on target. The shot was a little too simple and Henri-Patrick Widdepenninck could save by the left post. In the 19th minute, Gasteiz Latorre left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Club Dep. Soc. Rodo fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 2-1. Henri-Patrick Widdepenninck was out of position in the 23 minute of play, and Gasteiz Latorre capitalized on the mistake with a soft shot into the goal. Gasteiz Latorre really showed his touch with that goal: 3-1. Henri-Patrick Widdepenninck made a fantastic save in the 27th minute, when Gasteiz Latorre sent off a good shot on target. In the 28th minute Şaban Saraçoğlu shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Jeremy Avellana saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Gasteiz Latorre took the ball and in the 31 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Henri-Patrick Widdepenninck. Henri-Patrick Widdepenninck dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 4-1. Club Dep. Soc. Rodo's Del Manfredi quite brazenly broke a throw-in by Krzysztof Wojno, made in the 40th minute of the game. A collision led to Club Dep. Soc. Rodo getting a freekick after 42 minutes play. Guto Pirani hit a great ball. Walery Malik kicked well hit freekick during the 47th minute of the match. Club Dep. Soc. Rodo's Anthon Öberg was substituted for Gasteiz Latorre. In the 50th minute, Anthon Öberg reached a very good position and smashed the ball with a huge effort into the net, just to the left of Henri-Patrick Widdepenninck. The goal made the score 5-1.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Anthon Öberg to make the kick off. When Club Dep. Soc. After 65 played minutes Club Dep. Soc. Rodo got a freekick which was hit by Deunoro Barbadillo. 70 minutes into the game, Anthon Öberg cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 6-1. Henri-Patrick Widdepenninck was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Henri-Patrick Widdepenninck came out of the goal in the 73rd minute to try and stop a shot by Club Dep. Soc. Rodo's Anthon Öberg. But to his dismay, Anthon Öberg quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 7-1. After a defensive mix-up in Thierry Emry FC's zone, Anthon Öberg stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Henri-Patrick Widdepenninck came out of the goal and Anthon Öberg tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Henri-Patrick Widdepenninck showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Anthon Öberg in the 82nd minute of the match. Anthon Öberg's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Henri-Patrick Widdepenninck read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 84th minute of play. 88 minutes had been played when some careless play by Thierry Emry FC's defense caused the ball to cross the line for a corner. Guto Pirani was slow to take the kick. During this time Club Dep. Soc. Rodo's players had a chance to rest. Guto Pirani made a great header on Club Dep. Soc. Rodo's corner, it was just that Thierry Emry FC's Henri-Patrick Widdepenninck managed to reach the ball for a save. Henri-Patrick Widdepenninck took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Anthon Öberg, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Henri-Patrick Widdepenninck stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Anthon Öberg's shot from short distance in the 90th minute. The supporters of Club Dep. Soc. Rodo booed when Thierry Emry FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 91 match minutes in a wonderful position. Krzysztof Wojno didn't get a good kick on the ball. Henri-Patrick Widdepenninck took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Anthon Öberg, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side.
