Spectators: 41 (Terracing: 32, Seating: 9, VIP seats: 0) The field was rather wet after several days of rain when Perry Swanson took the kick off in the first half of the match. Angelo Melani made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Ke Rong Zhen in the 6th minute of play. Johnnie Dobson showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Wesley Nicholson, who was totally free with the ball in the 9th minute. Johnnie Dobson showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Charis Vlastaras in the 9th minute of the match. After 11 played minutes Whity Pool United got a freekick which was hit by Colin Carr. Johnnie Dobson made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Charis Vlastaras in the 16th minute of play. Whity Pool United's Angelo Melani played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Perry Swanson in the 18th minute of play. Johnnie Dobson made an important save on a dangerous shot by Charis Vlastaras in the 23rd minute. Colin Carr hit a great freekick 30 minutes into the match. 34 minutes into the game, Whity Pool United's Charis Vlastaras nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Johnnie Dobson made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 3-0. In the 40th minute Perry Swanson shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Angelo Melani saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Perry Swanson in the 40th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Angelo Melani prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Perry Swanson recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 43rd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. In a very dangerous position, a player in UE Sant Julià fell when an opponent tried to get the ball from him in the 46th minute. Penalty! In the 49th minute there was a penalty for Whity Pool United. Henry Soussan stepped forward and shot the ball to the right of a diving Johnnie Dobson. 4-0.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Charis Vlastaras to make the kick off. 55 minutes into the match, Whity Pool United's goalkeeper Angelo Melani had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Blas Armando. Marc Ferré hit a great freekick 60 minutes into the match. When Pierre Bull came up free with the goalie in the 63rd minute, the UE Sant Julià fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Pierre Bull couldn't finish the play. UE Sant Julià's Juan Manuel Miranda was substituted for Edinson Cavani. 67 minutes into the match, UE Sant Julià's goal looked a bit too open when Waclaw Kaczanek came free, but Johnnie Dobson reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Ke Rong Zhen's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Angelo Melani read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 70th minute of play. UE Sant Julià made a substitution. Joe Argent replaced Ke Rong Zhen. Whity Pool United made a substitution. Stevie Moore replaced Wesley Nicholson. 77 minutes into the match, UE Sant Julià's goal looked a bit too open when Waclaw Kaczanek came free, but Johnnie Dobson reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Johnnie Dobson took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Waclaw Kaczanek, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After a defensive mix-up in Whity Pool United's zone, Perry Swanson stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Angelo Melani came out of the goal and Perry Swanson tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Angelo Melani made a fantastic save in the 94th minute, when Pierre Bull sent off a good shot on target. A collision led to Whity Pool United getting a freekick after 97 minutes play. Colin Carr hit a great ball. For all the effort they put into the match, the UE Sant Julià players left disappointed. They had fought hard, but couldn't break down the home team's defense. The match ended in a win for Whity Pool United.
