Hungarian Olympic's Lukács Bánhegyi played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Dario Alegría in the 17th minute of play. Miladin Kirichev hit a great freekick 19 minutes into the match. 20 minutes into the match, Hungarian Olympic's goal looked a bit too open when Dario Alegría came free, but Lukács Bánhegyi reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Lukács Bánhegyi showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Dario Alegría in the 20th minute of the match. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Dario Alegría in the 32nd minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Lukács Bánhegyi prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Edmund Eliasson recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 33rd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Walmyr Salles in the 37th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Lukács Bánhegyi saved Hungarian Olympic from getting behind. Ernesto Belarmo could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 38th minute of the match, but Jailson Teles made a huge save. Ivory Gunn kicked well hit freekick during the 43rd minute of the match. Rubens Cabral fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 46th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Lukács Bánhegyi having to interfere. After fighting hard for a draw in the first half, the players were able to take a much needed rest.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Ernesto Belarmo stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. Jailson Teles showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Edmund Eliasson, who was totally free with the ball in the 53rd minute. Edmund Eliasson might have been able to make a better finish in the 67th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Jailson Teles. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out.
