Bogdan Udrişte's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Lautaro Navarro read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 5th minute of play. With a little luck, Honduras's Lautaro Navarro got control of the ball when Bogdan Udrişte tried to sneak it across the goal line. Bogdan Udrişte fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 13th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Lautaro Navarro having to interfere. Patrick Crippa struck a weak shot in the 15th minute. Lautaro Navarro didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for FC ZARZECZE. Lautaro Navarro showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Bogdan Udrişte, who was totally free with the ball in the 16th minute. Honduras's Moises Tafalla got a good chance for a goal in the 18th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. 23 minutes into the game, Luca Espinar was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Honduras's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave FC ZARZECZE the free kick. In the 23rd minute, Luca Espinar hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 24th minute, Bogdan Udrişte reached a very good position and smashed the ball with a huge effort into the net, just to the left of Lautaro Navarro. The goal made the score 1-0. Mirek Hulk took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Sebastian Villa, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Edmundo Espiga sent away a hard shot on goal in the 31st minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. The supporters of FC ZARZECZE booed when Honduras was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 32 match minutes in a wonderful position. Valentín Carvallo didn't get a good kick on the ball. Bogdan Udrişte received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 33rd minute. Lautaro Navarro tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Themistoklis Gounaris kicked well hit freekick during the 34th minute of the match. When the match had gone on for 39 minutes, Bogdan Udrişte took a quick shot and it went in 2-0 without a chance for Lautaro Navarro to make any attempt to save it. Lautaro Navarro made a fantastic save in the 42nd minute, when Bogdan Udrişte sent off a good shot on target. Valentín Carvallo's late challenge caught a FC ZARZECZE's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Valentín Carvallo helped the player get up and apologised. In the 43rd minute, Valentín Carvallo hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 46th minute Bogdan Udrişte shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Lautaro Navarro saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. The away team players looked dejected as the walked off the pitch at half time. They had fought hard, but were still losing 2-0.

The wind increased when Edmundo Espiga made the kick off in the second half. 60 minutes into the match, Honduras's Moises Tafalla sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Mirek Hulk narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Bogdan Udrişte might have been able to make a better finish in the 62nd minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Lautaro Navarro. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Bogdan Udrişte ran back to his position shaking his head. A nice corner shot did that Patrick Crippa got away a dangerous shot. Despite this Lautaro Navarro quite easily got ahold of the ball to make the save. Bogdan Udrişte sent away a hard shot on goal in the 87th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. FC ZARZECZE's Mirek Hulk played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Edmundo Espiga in the 90th minute of play. Lautaro Navarro showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Bogdan Udrişte in the 94th minute of the match. When the referee blew the final whistle, FC ZARZECZE could leave the field as winners, despite Honduras having more of the ball for most of the match.
