The corner led Panama's Tomas Berganza to fire away a dangerous shot which Kong Gang Zhan despite some difficulties managed to get hold on the ball. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Tomas Berganza in the 24th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Kong Gang Zhan prevented the ball from getting in the gole. In the 29th match minute, Cremonese FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Marcus Batista to maneuver through the defense. Tomas Berganza fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 30th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Kong Gang Zhan having to interfere. Marcus Batista showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 2-1. After 40 minutes of play, Panama's Tomas Berganza made it 2-2 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. The crowd rose to their feet as Panama's Abraham Alguacil slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Kong Gang Zhan. That made the score 2-3 after 52 minutes of play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Yasar Bonnemain in the 55th minute of play forced Panama's goalkeeper Marcos Cotilla to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. When Tomas Berganza fell near the penalty area in the 56th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Panama's protests and gave Tomas Berganza a yellow card for diving instead. After 56 played minutes Panama got a freekick which was hit by Tomas Berganza. After having played for 58 minutes, Tomas Berganza managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Panama's supporters crossed their fingers, but Tomas Berganza was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Kong Gang Zhan made a fantastic save in the 60th minute, when Abraham Alguacil sent off a good shot on target. 61 minutes into the game, Cremonese FC's Marcus Batista nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Marcos Cotilla made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 3-3. Cremonese FC's Jackie Tan got his second yellow card of the match in the 65th minute. With an all-out effort, Panama's Kong Gang Zhan threw himself towards the right post 88 minutes into the match and grabbed hold of the ball from Tomas Berganza, which otherwise would have been placed in the net. 90 minutes into the match, Yasar Bonnemain had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Marcos Cotilla. Panama's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Yasar Bonnemain was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 4-5. In the 94th minute, Marcus Batista hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. When the match had gone on for 95 minutes, Tomas Berganza put it in 4-6 from a short distance just to the right of Kong Gang Zhan.
