Spectators: 43 (Terracing: 33, Seating: 10, VIP seats: 0) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. Joel Gaona started the match with the kick off. Damiano Battisti showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Joel Gaona, who was totally free with the ball in the 5th minute. Damiano Battisti made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Lautaro Mancebo in the 10th minute of play. Joel Gaona sent away a hard shot on goal in the 12th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. After 18 played minutes Mexico got a freekick which was hit by Macos Graciani. In the 20th minute Elia Pietrantoni shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Dante Lacasa saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Dante Lacasa made an important save on a dangerous shot by Elia Pietrantoni in the 23rd minute. In the 27th minute Lautaro Mancebo shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Damiano Battisti saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Damiano Battisti took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Alberto Tafalla, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Lautaro Mancebo in the 32nd minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Damiano Battisti prevented the ball from getting in the gole. In the 32ndth minute of the game Lautaro Mancebo who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Eurospeed Asti's Damiano Battisti was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. After 38 minutes, Grant Irø mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Eurospeed Asti and the Mexico players grew even worse after the yellow card. Grant Irø kicked well hit freekick during the 38th minute of the match. After a rather tough play, Eurospeed Asti's Fausto Pinti got a free kick in the 44th minute.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Elia Pietrantoni made a kick off. It was beautiful to see Mexico's Joel Gaona in action when he in the 53rd minute dribbled his way through a couple of opponents and the fired away a shot from almost standing still. First the ball seemed to get in, but turned out to be on the outside of the net. A great chance! In the 55th minute, Mexico's Lautaro Mancebo ran free of his marker and smoothly shot the ball into the goal behind Damiano Battisti. Damiano Battisti yelled at his defense, as they had left him out to dry. 0-2. Through an outstanding action, after 58 minutes, Damiano Battisti successfully got his hands on the ball before it slid into the goal at the right post. Mexico's Dante Lacasa played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Elia Pietrantoni in the 59th minute of play. In the 61st minute Alberto Tafalla shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Damiano Battisti saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Lautaro Mancebo received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 64th minute. Damiano Battisti tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Mexico's supporters crossed their fingers, but Joel Gaona was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. 88 minutes into the match, Facundo Cadaval had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Damiano Battisti. Eurospeed Asti's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Facundo Cadaval was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 0-3. An unexpectedly hard shot by Fausto Pinti in the 95th minute of play forced Mexico's goalkeeper Dante Lacasa to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Mexico's fans were overjoyed with their teams well-earned victory and stayed in the stadium long after the final whistle to celebrate the win.
