In the 7th minute Carter George shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Iker Madrid saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 12 minutes into the match, Canada's goal looked a bit too open when Santiago Abreu came free, but Jax Williamson reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Santiago Abreu in the 25thth minute had a little luck and got a chance for a shot in front of the goal. Celestiales's Iker Madrid played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Koby Wright in the 30th minute of play. In the 36th minute Koby Wright shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Iker Madrid saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Iker Madrid made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Carter George in the 40th minute of play. A collision led to Celestiales getting a freekick after 41 minutes play. Jose Bero hit a great ball. Rigoberto Botello's late challenge caught a Canada's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Rigoberto Botello helped the player get up and apologised. In the 43rd match minute, Celestiales was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Rigoberto Botello to maneuver through the defense. Iker Madrid made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Rohan Watson in the 44th minute of play. Santiago Abreu could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 47th minute of the match, but Jax Williamson made a huge save. The Celestiales players were disheartened as they walked off the pitch after the first half. Canada were winning 0-1.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Koby Wright to strike the kick off in the second half. Jax Williamson took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Santiago Abreu, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Iker Madrid made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Koby Wright in the 53rd minute of play. In the 58th minute the ball was on its way in behind Celestiales's goalkeeper Iker Madrid, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. In the 64th minute Carter George shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Iker Madrid saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After a defensive mix-up in Celestiales's zone, Carter George stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Iker Madrid came out of the goal and Carter George tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Celestiales's Eustaquio Eudoxio was substituted for Santiago Abreu. Canada made a substitution. Theo Burton replaced Rohan Watson. Canada made a substitution. Filip Edwards replaced Koby Wright. 77 minutes into the match, Canada's goal looked a bit too open when Jiang Sha came free, but Jax Williamson reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Albano Millan struck a weak shot in the 82nd minute. Jax Williamson didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Celestiales. Celestiales's Iker Madrid played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Filip Edwards in the 84th minute of play. 84 minutes into the game, Filip Edwards cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 1-2. Iker Madrid was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. An unexpectedly hard shot by Theo Burton in the 87th minute of play forced Celestiales's goalkeeper Iker Madrid to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 89th minute Eustaquio Eudoxio shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Jax Williamson saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Prince Anderson received a nice pass, split the defenders, and ran untouched towards the goal. Iker Madrid came out and tried to block the shot, but Prince Anderson slotted it home off the left post making it 1-3 in the 92nd minute. When the final whistle sounded Canada left the ground with the victory after a much better performance than Celestiales.
