Uruguay were furious when Kevin Carballal was red carded, 90 minutes into the game, but the referee dismissed their protests. In a very dangerous position, a player in Uruguay fell when an opponent tried to get the ball from him in the 90th minute. Penalty! In the 94th minute of the match KS Zryw Rybitwy got a corner. Uruguay's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Konstanty Komornicki ran over to the corner to take the kick. Maximiliano Escribano could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 96th minute of the match, but Rafal Paprotny made a huge save.
