Spectators: 40 (Terracing: 31, Seating: 9, VIP seats: 0) The field was rather wet after several days of rain when Menelaos Karatsolis took the kick off in the first half of the match. Marinos Tsounis took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Axel Tasis, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Menelaos Karatsolis did some fancy footwork in front of goal and succeeded to deceive the defenders so he could slam the ball in 1-0 to the left of a surprised Benito Sanz 4 minutes into the match. 10 minutes into the game, Manfred Petersson was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. PALLINI RULES's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Costa Rica the free kick. In the 11th minute, Axel Tasis sent off a long shot on goal, but the shot was nowhere near the goal and PALLINI RULES's Marinos Tsounis didn't even have to move. The crowd rose to their feet as PALLINI RULES's Viktoras Chronopoulos slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Benito Sanz. That made the score 2-0 after 14 minutes of play. Costa Rica's Benito Sanz played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Lefteris Anagnostakis in the 20th minute of play. After 24 played minutes PALLINI RULES got a freekick which was hit by Manfred Petersson. Eliseo Noboa took the ball and in the 25 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Marinos Tsounis. Marinos Tsounis dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 2-1. 29 minutes into the match, PALLINI RULES's goal looked a bit too open when Axel Tasis came free, but Marinos Tsounis reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 34th match minute, Costa Rica was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Eliseo Noboa to maneuver through the defense. After 35 played minutes, PALLINI RULES's Viktoras Sotiriou shot from a long distance, and at first it looked like the ball was going into the goal, but the goalkeeper Benito Sanz came through and got his fingers on the ball before it flew over the goal line. He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in PALLINI RULES reached it. 37 minutes into the game, Aaron Alcocer was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Costa Rica's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave PALLINI RULES the free kick. An unexpectedly hard shot by Aaron Alcocer in the 39th minute of play forced PALLINI RULES's goalkeeper Marinos Tsounis to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Axel Tasis in the 41st managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Marinos Tsounis saved PALLINI RULES from getting behind. An unexpectedly hard shot by Menelaos Karatsolis in the 43rd minute of play forced Costa Rica's goalkeeper Benito Sanz to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. The crowd rose to their feet as PALLINI RULES's Lefteris Anagnostakis slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Benito Sanz. That made the score 3-1 after 47 minutes of play. The home fans were very happy to see their team leading 3-1 at half-time.

Peter-Jan Maenhout kicked well hit freekick during the 53rd minute of the match. Costa Rica's Axel Tasis shoveled away a really nice long shot in the 53rd minute of play. The shot was stopped by Marinos Tsounis but with some difficulty. Lefteris Anagnostakis scored 4-1 in the 54th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Benito Sanz, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. When Menelaos Karatsolis came up free with the goalie in the 57th minute, the PALLINI RULES fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Menelaos Karatsolis couldn't finish the play. Benito Sanz showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Menelaos Karatsolis in the 59th minute of the match. Benito Sanz didn't succeed to prevent the ball from going into goal when PALLINI RULES's Menelaos Karatsolis shot an unexpected shot in the crossbar's under edge and made 5-1 in the ordered_time% minute. After 63 played minutes Costa Rica got a freekick which was hit by Eliseo Noboa. An unexpectedly hard shot by Menelaos Karatsolis in the 64th minute of play forced Costa Rica's goalkeeper Benito Sanz to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 65th minute, Lautaro Puig ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Marinos Tsounis was frozen by the shot and now it was 5-2. Viktoras Chronopoulos kicked well hit freekick during the 68th minute of the match. After some careless play in the Costa Rica defense, Lefteris Anagnostakis kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Benito Sanz. The Costa Rica fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Benito Sanz should have stopped the shot. Benito Sanz took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Menelaos Karatsolis, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. The supporters of PALLINI RULES booed when Costa Rica was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 86 match minutes in a wonderful position. Abel Carballo didn't get a good kick on the ball. If Lautaro Puig had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 92nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. Benito Sanz made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Lefteris Anagnostakis in the 94th minute of play.
