An unexpectedly hard shot by Edmundo Espiga in the 4th minute of play forced Youth Academy Of Rhye's goalkeeper Jonathan Vallin to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 6 minutes into the game, Fred Kruuse recieved a splendid long ball, split the defenders, and gently placed the ball to the left of Lautaro Navarro. Fred Kruuse showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 1-0. Jonathan Vallin showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Edmundo Espiga, who was totally free with the ball in the 10th minute. Jonathan Vallin made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Sebastian Villa in the 13th minute of play. Emanuel Ocampo kicked well hit freekick during the 15th minute of the match. When Sebastian Villa came up free with the goalie in the 17th minute, the Honduras fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Sebastian Villa couldn't finish the play. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Abdulaziz Onurkan during the 19th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. After a rather tough play, Youth Academy Of Rhye's Abdulaziz Onurkan got a free kick in the 19th minute. Lautaro Navarro made an important save on a dangerous shot by Adam Brun in the 27th minute. Lautaro Navarro took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Adam Brun, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 45th match minute, Honduras was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Christian Sancho to maneuver through the defense. 47 minutes into the match, Youth Academy Of Rhye's goal looked a bit too open when Edmundo Espiga came free, but Jonathan Vallin reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. The home fans were very happy to see their team leading 1-0 at half-time.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Edmundo Espiga was the one to do the kick off. 53 minutes into the game, Gottfrid Sundin threw the ball into play from the sideline. Honduras's Valentín Carvallo quickly snatched the ball and retained possesion. Adam Brun scored 2-0 in the 59th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Lautaro Navarro, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Abdulaziz Onurkan kicked well hit freekick during the 61st minute of the match. After a defensive mix-up in Honduras's zone, Niclas Beneth stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Lautaro Navarro came out of the goal and Niclas Beneth tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. After some fancy dribbling in the 67th minute, Adam Brun managed to get in a good position for a shot. Youth Academy Of Rhye's supporters rose to their feet, but Adam Brun was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Lautaro Navarro breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. After 68 played minutes Youth Academy Of Rhye got a freekick which was hit by Abdulaziz Onurkan. Sebastian Villa struck a weak shot in the 70th minute. Jonathan Vallin didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Honduras. Jonathan Vallin made a fantastic save in the 73rd minute, when Edmundo Espiga sent off a good shot on target. A nice corner shot did that Edmundo Espiga got away a dangerous shot. Despite this Jonathan Vallin quite easily got ahold of the ball to make the save. Honduras's Valentín Carvallo quite brazenly broke a throw-in by Gottfrid Sundin, made in the 90th minute of the game. The Youth Academy Of Rhye support was delighted with a win in a match that could easily have ended differently.
