Spectators: 50 (Terracing: 38, Seating: 11, VIP seats: 1) It was fairly windy and cold on the field when Yuri Portugal kicked off to start the match. Unai Sócrates kicked well hit freekick during the 5th minute of the match. In the 7th minute, Yuri Portugal made a precise shot to the right of Rolando Noboa. Peru's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 1-0. Rolando Noboa showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Yuri Portugal in the 9th minute of the match. After 11 minutes Peru's defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was 董文鹰 who took care of the corner kick. Rolando Noboa was out of position in the 17 minute of play, and Pieterjan Anteunis capitalized on the mistake with a soft shot into the goal. Pieterjan Anteunis really showed his touch with that goal: 2-0. Rolando Noboa made an important save on a dangerous shot by Unai Sócrates in the 20th minute. After a defensive mix-up in Fauna Utd's zone, Milagros Fraga stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Radamel Hendrickx came out of the goal and Milagros Fraga tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Radamel Hendrickx showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Luz Tejedor in the 22nd minute of the match. After a rather tough play, Peru's Joaquin Prats got a free kick in the 27th minute. 28 minutes into the match, Peru's goalkeeper Rolando Noboa had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Unai Sócrates. Radamel Hendrickx came out of the goal in the 33rd minute to try and stop a shot by Peru's Luz Tejedor. But to his dismay, Luz Tejedor quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 2-1. In the 37th minute the ball was on its way in behind Fauna Utd's goalkeeper Radamel Hendrickx, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. When Peru's Luz Tejedor in the 41st minute got a chance for a shot 41st didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Fauna Utd's goalie prevented a goal. All the noise was coming from the home fans when the whistle went for half-time. The home team had fought hardest to put themselves in a deserved lead.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Julian Murillo stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. Luz Tejedor could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 52nd minute of the match, but Radamel Hendrickx made a huge save. Octav Zdraşcu made in the 54th minute of the game a throw-in that took a bad bounce and was taken care of by Peru's Eliseo Mina. In the 55th match minute, Peru was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Efraim Gilabert to maneuver through the defense. Luz Tejedor's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Radamel Hendrickx read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 58th minute of play. In the 60th minute Luz Tejedor shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Radamel Hendrickx saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Radamel Hendrickx showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Luz Tejedor, who was totally free with the ball in the 60th minute. An unexpectedly hard shot by Yuri Portugal in the 63rd minute of play forced Peru's goalkeeper Rolando Noboa to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Radamel Hendrickx made a fantastic save in the 68th minute, when Julian Murillo sent off a good shot on target. 75 minutes had been played when some careless play by Fauna Utd's defense caused the ball to cross the line for a corner. Luz Tejedor was slow to take the kick. During this time Peru's players had a chance to rest. A nice corner shot did that Milagros Fraga got away a dangerous shot. Despite this Radamel Hendrickx quite easily got ahold of the ball to make the save. Radamel Hendrickx made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Eliseo Mina in the 76th minute of play. Pieterjan Anteunis kicked well hit freekick during the 79th minute of the match. With a little luck, Fauna Utd's Radamel Hendrickx got control of the ball when Milagros Fraga tried to sneak it across the goal line. Peru were awarded a corner in the 81th minute after Fauna Utd's defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. Luz Tejedor took the corner. Peru's Rolando Noboa played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Yuri Portugal in the 84th minute of play. Rolando Noboa showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Unai Sócrates in the 87th minute of the match. The audience was convinced that Yuri Portugal's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Rolando Noboa was relentless in the 91st minute of the game. Peru's Antonio Tenorio was substituted for Luz Tejedor. The Peru supporters could be heard counting down the last seconds of the match. They errupted in celebration when the whistle blew, knowing Peru would go home with victory in their luggage after a match that easily could have ended differently.
