Spectators: 41 (Terracing: 32, Seating: 9, VIP seats: 0) In the 2ndth minute of the game Lucila Beloki who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Ecuador's Julio Vera was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. In the 3rd minute, Lucila Beloki made a precise shot to the right of Julio Vera. Ecuador's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 1-0. Taurino Muelas kicked well hit freekick during the 8th minute of the match. Daniel Zorita took a chance and fired a shot far from the goal in the 8th minute, but it turned out to be a dangerous situation for Albi Campoamor. Futbolin's goalkeeper really had to stretch himself to stop the ball from crossing the goal line. After a rather tough play, Ecuador's Antonio Arias got a free kick in the 9th minute. Julio Vera took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Chayo Ramis, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. 14 minutes into the match, Futbolin's goal looked a bit too open when Daniel Zorita came free, but Albi Campoamor reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. 16 minutes into the match, Daniel Zorita notched a goal, 2-1, to the right of Futbolin's Albi Campoamor. Albi Campoamor was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. If Cristian Sancho had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 18th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. An unexpectedly hard shot by Cristian Sancho in the 21st minute of play forced Futbolin's goalkeeper Albi Campoamor to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 29 minutes into the match, Ecuador's goal looked a bit too open when Lucila Beloki came free, but Julio Vera reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Julio Vera made an important save on a dangerous shot by Leoncio Serra in the 31st minute. Albi Campoamor made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Daniel Zorita in the 32nd minute of play. Leoncio Serra made a great header on Futbolin's corner, it was just that Ecuador's Julio Vera managed to reach the ball for a save. In the 38th minute Daniel Zorita shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Albi Campoamor saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. The home fans were very happy to see their team leading 2-1 at half-time.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Lucila Beloki stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. If Chayo Ramis had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 55th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. 59 minutes into the game, Felix Montenegro recieved a splendid long ball, split the defenders, and gently placed the ball to the left of Albi Campoamor. Felix Montenegro showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 2-2. If Nestor Paio had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 64th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. Albi Campoamor didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Luis Andino went, in the 66th minute, to the upper right corner, 2-3 was the resulting score. Nestor Paio sent away a hard shot on goal in the 70th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. The audience thought a goal was coming when Daniel Zorita got free with Albi Campoamor in the 72nd minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Daniel Zorita charged in rather forcefully in the 75th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Daniel Zorita the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. A collision led to Ecuador getting a freekick after 77 minutes play. Daniel Zorita hit a great ball. 81 minutes into the match, Ecuador's goal looked a bit too open when Lucila Beloki came free, but Julio Vera reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Julio Vera made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Chayo Ramis in the 84th minute of play. After 91 played minutes Ecuador got a freekick which was hit by Antonio Arias. Ecuador's players went to the stands to thank the travelling support. The fan's backing had helped spurr the team on to a fine performance that won them the match.
