Spectators: 44 (Terracing: 34, Seating: 10, VIP seats: 0) Cristobal Goito showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Mariano Lacasa in the 3rd minute of the match. In the 5th minute Eduardo Domeka shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Thiago Pliego saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Chile's Thiago Pliego played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Eduardo Domeka in the 5th minute of play. In the 8th match minute, Carabata Groove was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Andreas Möller to maneuver through the defense. Mariano Lacasa might have been able to make a better finish in the 9th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Cristobal Goito. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Mariano Lacasa ran back to his position shaking his head. 9 minutes into the match, Carabata Groove's goal looked a bit too open when Mariano Lacasa came free, but Cristobal Goito reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. An unexpectedly hard shot by Mariano Lacasa in the 11th minute of play forced Carabata Groove's goalkeeper Cristobal Goito to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. An unexpectedly hard shot by Eduardo Domeka in the 13th minute of play forced Chile's goalkeeper Thiago Pliego to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. The corner went over the outstretched arms of Chile's goalie and right to Eduardo Domeka. He fired away a shot at goal, but the shot had too much spin, and it went just outside the goal. Chile's manager breathed a sigh of relief on the sidelines as his team had managed to escape an almost certain goal. Cristobal Goito took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Mariano Lacasa, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. The audience was convinced that Mariano Lacasa's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Cristobal Goito was relentless in the 22nd minute of the game. Thiago Pliego came out of the goal in the 23rd minute to try and stop a shot by Carabata Groove's Alberto-Federico Acosta. But to his dismay, Alberto-Federico Acosta quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 1-0. Mariano Lacasa's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Cristobal Goito read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 26th minute of play. Hermengildo Bazkoare's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Thiago Pliego read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 27th minute of play. Alberto-Federico Acostas short, quick shot in the 28thth minute got Thiago Pliego to make great effort and bar the ball away from getting in. After having played for 31 minutes, Orlando Casaus managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Chile's supporters crossed their fingers, but Orlando Casaus was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Thiago Pliego showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Eduardo Domeka in the 37th minute of the match. The supporters of Chile booed when Carabata Groove was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 40 match minutes in a wonderful position. Andreas Möller didn't get a good kick on the ball. 43 minutes into the match, Carabata Groove's Eduardo Domeka sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Thiago Pliego narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Orlando Casaus hit a great freekick 45 minutes into the match. All the noise was coming from the home fans when the whistle went for half-time. The home team had fought hardest to put themselves in a deserved lead.

Thiago Pliego showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Hauk Hareide, who was totally free with the ball in the 60th minute. 64 minutes into the match, Carabata Groove's goalkeeper Cristobal Goito had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Mariano Lacasa. Thiago Pliego showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Hauk Hareide in the 70th minute of the match. 76 minutes into the match, Chile's Mariano Lacasa sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Cristobal Goito narrowly saved just below the crossbar. 79 minutes into the match, Mariano Lacasa notched a goal, 2-2, to the right of Carabata Groove's Cristobal Goito. Cristobal Goito was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Mariano Lacasa recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 88th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Thiago Pliego showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Hauk Hareide, who was totally free with the ball in the 94th minute. Carabata Groove succeeded in salvaging a draw, even though Chile had controlled the match.
