Spectators: 45 (Terracing: 35, Seating: 10, VIP seats: 0) KF Ballistet's Danilo Barrionuevo started the match with a crisp pass. The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. Ecuador's supporters rose to their feet, but Cristian Sancho was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Pepe Sarro breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. In the 7th minute, Cristian Sancho left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Ecuador fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 0-1. Skënder Kotomelo kicked well hit freekick during the 11th minute of the match. Pepe Sarro made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Cristian Sancho in the 18th minute of play. In the 19th match minute, KF Ballistet was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Gheorghe Pupăzan to maneuver through the defense. After 21 minutes KF Ballistet's defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Daniel Zorita who took care of the corner kick. The corner led to Ecuador's Antonio Arias getting away a dangerous shot that went just outside the goal. Pepe Sarro showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Daniel Zorita in the 24th minute of the match. In the 25th minute of the match, Danilo Barrionuevo got a very nice opportunity to score, but Julio Vera was well-placed and pushed the ball away from the goal at the left post. In the 33rd minute, Luis Andino got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. KF Ballistet's Pepe Sarro played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Cristian Sancho in the 41st minute of play. A collision led to KF Ballistet getting a freekick after 43 minutes play. Lu Guo Jie hit a great ball. Ecuador's Daniel Zorita couldn't find anyone to pass the ball to, so he shot a long shot towards the goal in the 44th minute. The shot went wide which resulted in a goal kick for KF Ballistet. 46 minutes into the match, KF Ballistet's goal looked a bit too open when Cristian Sancho came free, but Pepe Sarro reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Luck had favoured the away team in the first, and they walked off with a 0-1 lead.

In the 51stth minute of the game Amado Godoy who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Ecuador's Julio Vera was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. 55 minutes into the game, Cristian Sancho cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 0-2. Pepe Sarro was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Julio Vera made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Amado Godoy in the 63rd minute of play. Cristian Sancho fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 71st minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Pepe Sarro having to interfere. The supporters of Ecuador booed when KF Ballistet was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 72 match minutes in a wonderful position. Pepo De La Vega didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 75th minute the ball was on its way in behind Ecuador's goalkeeper Julio Vera, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. KF Ballistet's attacker deliberately struck the ball against an opponent to win a corner for his team. The corner was taken by Carlton Boothroyd in the 77th minute. Pepo De La Vega kicked well hit freekick during the 77th minute of the match. An unexpectedly hard shot by Leo Rosario in the 79th minute of play forced Ecuador's goalkeeper Julio Vera to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 80th minute of the match KF Ballistet got a corner. Ecuador's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. After taking down the ball on KF Ballistet's corner Carlton Boothroyd fired away a hard shot, but the defenders efficiently covered the most dangerous angles and Julio Vera quite easily take care of the ball. In the 83rd minute of the match, Daniel Zorita got a very nice opportunity to score, but Pepe Sarro was well-placed and pushed the ball away from the goal at the left post. In the 85th minute Cristian Sancho shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Pepe Sarro saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. With an all-out effort, Ecuador's Pepe Sarro threw himself towards the right post 86 minutes into the match and grabbed hold of the ball from Cristian Sancho, which otherwise would have been placed in the net. In the 87th minute of the match Ecuador got a corner. KF Ballistet's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Daniel Zorita ran over to the corner to take the kick. Daniel Zorita received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 89th minute. Pepe Sarro tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. When Daniel Zorita came up free with the goalie in the 95th minute, the Ecuador fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Daniel Zorita couldn't finish the play. Ecuador's fans were overjoyed with their teams well-earned victory and stayed in the stadium long after the final whistle to celebrate the win.
