Spectators: 41 (Terracing: 32, Seating: 9, VIP seats: 0) Villawalter City's Elian Benedicto started the match with a crisp pass. The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. Abundio Bastida took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Felix Montenegro, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 9th minute, Cristian Sancho ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Abundio Bastida was frozen by the shot and now it was 0-1. 13 minutes into the game, Cristian Sancho cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 0-2. Abundio Bastida was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Eliseo Berasko kicked well hit freekick during the 18th minute of the match. Villawalter City's Abundio Bastida played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Daniel Zorita in the 23rd minute of play. Daniel Zorita received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 28th minute. Abundio Bastida tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Waclaw Rosiewicz's late challenge caught a Ecuador's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Waclaw Rosiewicz helped the player get up and apologised. The supporters of Ecuador booed when Villawalter City was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 33 match minutes in a wonderful position. Waclaw Rosiewicz didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 34th minute of the match Daniel Zorita sent off a long shot with destination to the right of the goalkeeper, but Abundio Bastida skillfully saved the ball. Abundio Bastida showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Agustín Saelices, who was totally free with the ball in the 39th minute. In the 43rd minute, Daniel Zorita got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. 47 minutes into the match, Villawalter City's goal looked a bit too open when Daniel Zorita came free, but Abundio Bastida reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Daniel Zorita made a kick off. If Elian Benedicto had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 51st minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. When the match had gone on for 53 minutes, Cristian Sancho took a quick shot and it went in 0-4 without a chance for Abundio Bastida to make any attempt to save it. Abundio Bastida made an important save on a dangerous shot by Daniel Zorita in the 61st minute. If Gomesano Cayuela had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 62nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. After 63 minutes, Gomesano Cayuela mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Villawalter City and the Ecuador players grew even worse after the yellow card. In the 63rd minute, Gomesano Cayuela hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. If Daniel Zorita had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 66th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 68th minute of the match Ecuador got a corner. Villawalter City's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Daniel Zorita ran over to the corner to take the kick. A collision led to Ecuador getting a freekick after 71 minutes play. Antonio Arias hit a great ball. Julio Vera made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Gomesano Cayuela in the 72nd minute of play. The audience thought a goal was coming when Cristian Sancho got free with Abundio Bastida in the 74th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. A sloppy throw-in by Baraxil Macías in the 83rd minute of the game went astray and was snapped up by Ecuador's Primitivo Andino. After 84 minutes of play Villawalter City's Waclaw Rosiewicz was too eager in his attempt to stop his opponent and brought him down. With that he got his second yellow card and was ordered off the ground. Waclaw Rosiewicz hit a great freekick 85 minutes into the match. Luis Andino sent away a hard shot on goal in the 86th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Abundio Bastida made an important save on a dangerous shot by Felix Montenegro in the 88th minute. 93 minutes into the game, Elian Benedicto was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Villawalter City's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Ecuador the free kick. After 93 played minutes Villawalter City got a freekick which was hit by Elian Benedicto. When the final whistle sounded Ecuador left the ground with the victory after a much better performance than Villawalter City.
