Spectators: 42 (Terracing: 32, Seating: 10, VIP seats: 0) It was fairly windy and cold on the field when Axel Tasis kicked off to start the match. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Zénó Varga during the 3rd minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. In the 3rd match minute, Emesz Barracuda FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Zénó Varga to maneuver through the defense. 6 minutes into the game, Efrain Moruga was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Costa Rica's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Emesz Barracuda FC the free kick. Eliseo Noboa recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 8th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Axel Tasis in the 18th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Domingos Distiratsu prevented the ball from getting in the gole. In the 18thth minute of the game Axel Tasis who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Emesz Barracuda FC's Domingos Distiratsu was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. 21 minutes into the game, Costa Rica's Eliseo Noboa nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Domingos Distiratsu made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 0-1. If Eliseo Noboa had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 24th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. 30 minutes into the match, Costa Rica's goal looked a bit too open when Jimmy-Floyd Pinezas came free, but Benito Sanz reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Emesz Barracuda FC were awarded a corner in the 32th minute after Costa Rica's defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. György Vermes took the corner. The corner led Emesz Barracuda FC's György Vermes to fire away a dangerous shot which Benito Sanz despite some difficulties managed to get hold on the ball. Wilfredo Morelo fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 36th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Benito Sanz having to interfere. He Xing Qiang succeeded to score despite a near miss that spronge from right pole into the goal to 1-1 in the 41st playminute. Lautaro Puig fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 45th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Domingos Distiratsu having to interfere. After fighting hard for a draw in the first half, the players were able to take a much needed rest.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Jimmy-Floyd Pinezas to strike the kick off in the second half. An unexpectedly hard shot by He Xing Qiang in the 52nd minute of play forced Costa Rica's goalkeeper Benito Sanz to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Benito Sanz showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Wilfredo Morelo, who was totally free with the ball in the 54th minute. Eliseo Noboa struck a weak shot in the 56th minute. Domingos Distiratsu didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Costa Rica. Benito Sanz showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Wilfredo Morelo, who was totally free with the ball in the 58th minute. Abel Carballo kicked well hit freekick during the 62nd minute of the match. 65 minutes into the game, Lautaro Puig was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Costa Rica's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Emesz Barracuda FC the free kick. A collision led to Costa Rica getting a freekick after 65 minutes play. Lautaro Puig hit a great ball. After 68 played minutes Costa Rica got a freekick which was hit by Hugo Ferrant. Domingos Distiratsu made an important save on a dangerous shot by Axel Tasis in the 75th minute. Lautaro Puig could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 77th minute of the match, but Domingos Distiratsu made a huge save. Roland Takács fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 83rd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Benito Sanz having to interfere. After some careless play in the Costa Rica defense, Roland Takács kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Benito Sanz. The Costa Rica fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Benito Sanz should have stopped the shot. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Axel Tasis in the 90th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Domingos Distiratsu prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Benito Sanz showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Jimmy-Floyd Pinezas in the 95th minute of the match. After 95 minutes, Axel Tasis mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Costa Rica and the Emesz Barracuda FC players grew even worse after the yellow card. Emesz Barracuda FC were really happy, having secured the victory after a very even contest. They thanked the players of Costa Rica for a fine match.
