Spectators: 40 (Terracing: 31, Seating: 9, VIP seats: 0) The mood of the audience was pleasant when Daniel Zorita made the kick off which started today's match. In the 3rd minute Agustín Saelices shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Conrado Txurio saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Conrado Txurio showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Cristian Sancho, who was totally free with the ball in the 5th minute. Saul Hodei hit a great freekick 6 minutes into the match. Agustín Saelices struck a weak shot in the 8th minute. Conrado Txurio didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Ecuador. Luis Andino sent away a hard shot on goal in the 11th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. The attack was good, but when Luis Andino in the 11th minute was about to shoot he didn't kick quite good enough and the ball went high over goal. After 14 minutes of play, Ecuador's Cristian Sancho made it 0-1 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Conrado Txurio was left in no man's land by his defense there! Cristian Sancho fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 19th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Conrado Txurio having to interfere. Felix Montenegro kicked well hit freekick during the 25th minute of the match. Conrado Txurio didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Cristian Sancho went, in the 26th minute, to the upper right corner, 0-2 was the resulting score. Conrado Txurio showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Daniel Zorita, who was totally free with the ball in the 43rd minute. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Cristian Sancho in the 44th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Conrado Txurio saved Quimeras Jrs. from getting behind. After a rather tough play, Quimeras Jrs.'s Serafin Emeterio got a free kick in the 47th minute. The crowd was extremely unhappy with the home team's performance in the first half. They were losing 0-2.

Francisco Seme kicked well hit freekick during the 54th minute of the match. After 58 minutes of play, Ecuador's Cristian Sancho made it 0-3 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Conrado Txurio was left in no man's land by his defense there! With a little luck, Quimeras Jrs.'s Conrado Txurio got control of the ball when Cristian Sancho tried to sneak it across the goal line. When the match had gone on for 72 minutes, Cristian Sancho took a quick shot and it went in 0-4 without a chance for Conrado Txurio to make any attempt to save it. After 80 played minutes Quimeras Jrs. got a freekick which was hit by Francisco Seme. In the 81st minute of the match, Felix Montenegro got a very nice opportunity to score, but Conrado Txurio was well-placed and pushed the ball away from the goal at the left post. 84 minutes into the game, Cristian Sancho recieved a splendid long ball, split the defenders, and gently placed the ball to the left of Conrado Txurio. Cristian Sancho showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 0-5. After 91 played minutes Quimeras Jrs. got a freekick which was hit by Omar Acevedo. If Daniel Zorita had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 94th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Ecuador's fans were overjoyed with their teams well-earned victory and stayed in the stadium long after the final whistle to celebrate the win.
