Teodoro Peio showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Cristian Sancho, who was totally free with the ball in the 17th minute. Teodoro Peio made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Daniel Zorita in the 20th minute of play. Vicente Sasoin's shot when he came free in front of the goal in the 24thth minute, Julio Vera skillfully showed off with a save to what seemed to be an obvious goal. Through an outstanding action, after 30 minutes, Julio Vera successfully got his hands on the ball before it slid into the goal at the right post. Teodoro Peio showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Cristian Sancho in the 31st minute of the match. Teodoro Peio stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Cristian Sancho's shot from short distance in the 37th minute. Cristian Sancho blasted a shot towards the goal in the 39th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Teodoro Peio having to make a save. In the 45th match minute, Atlético Nacional was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Baldomero Rodas to maneuver through the defense. In the 46th minute, Higinio Ofelio hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field.

With a little luck, Atlético Nacional's Teodoro Peio got control of the ball when Daniel Zorita tried to sneak it across the goal line.
