The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. Batıkan Muhsin took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Lautaro Mancebo, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Tᴜʀᴋᴇʏ Lɪᴏɴꜱ FC's Batıkan Muhsin played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Lautaro Mancebo in the 8th minute of play. Robustiano Eron kicked well hit freekick during the 11th minute of the match. Batıkan Muhsin took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Joel Gaona, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Tᴜʀᴋᴇʏ Lɪᴏɴꜱ FC's Batıkan Muhsin played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Joel Gaona in the 15th minute of play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Alberto Tafalla in the 16th minute of play forced Tᴜʀᴋᴇʏ Lɪᴏɴꜱ FC's goalkeeper Batıkan Muhsin to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Mexico's attacker deliberately struck the ball against an opponent to win a corner for his team. The corner was taken by Joel Gaona in the 17th minute. Through an outstanding action, after 20 minutes, Dante Lacasa successfully got his hands on the ball before it slid into the goal at the right post. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Benedicto Bihar in the 20th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Dante Lacasa saved Mexico from getting behind. Batıkan Muhsin made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Joel Gaona in the 25th minute of play. Macos Graciani hit a great freekick 29 minutes into the match. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Benedicto Bihar in the 31st minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Dante Lacasa prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Batıkan Muhsin showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Alberto Tafalla, who was totally free with the ball in the 34th minute. 37 minutes into the match, Tᴜʀᴋᴇʏ Lɪᴏɴꜱ FC's Benedicto Bihar sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Dante Lacasa narrowly saved just below the crossbar. After 41 minutes Mexico's defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Seçkin Öksüzoğlu who took care of the corner kick. After taking down the ball on Tᴜʀᴋᴇʏ Lɪᴏɴꜱ FC's corner Seçkin Öksüzoğlu fired away a hard shot, but the defenders efficiently covered the most dangerous angles and Dante Lacasa quite easily take care of the ball. The crowd rose to their feet as Tᴜʀᴋᴇʏ Lɪᴏɴꜱ FC's Benedicto Bihar slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Dante Lacasa. That made the score 1-0 after 45 minutes of play. All the noise was coming from the home fans when the whistle went for half-time. The home team had fought hardest to put themselves in a deserved lead.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Benedicto Bihar stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. Dante Lacasa took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Benedicto Bihar, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Alberto Tafalla could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 54th minute of the match, but Batıkan Muhsin made a huge save. Alberto Tafalla recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 57th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Tᴜʀᴋᴇʏ Lɪᴏɴꜱ FC's Batıkan Muhsin played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Joel Gaona in the 65th minute of play. Mustafa İzzet Hazer made in the 67th minute of the game a fairly good throw-in which was taken care of by Benedicto Bihar. Tᴜʀᴋᴇʏ Lɪᴏɴꜱ FC's attacker deliberately struck the ball against an opponent to win a corner for his team. The corner was taken by Seçkin Öksüzoğlu in the 72nd minute. 75 minutes into the match, Benedicto Bihar notched a goal, 2-0, to the right of Mexico's Dante Lacasa. Dante Lacasa was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. After 79 played minutes Mexico got a freekick which was hit by Luca Zorita. Mexico's Dante Lacasa played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Benedicto Bihar in the 80th minute of play. Benedicto Bihar scored 3-0 in the 83rd match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Dante Lacasa, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Dante Lacasa came out of the goal in the 95th minute to try and stop a shot by Tᴜʀᴋᴇʏ Lɪᴏɴꜱ FC's Lorenzo James. But to his dismay, Lorenzo James quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 4-1.
