The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. Leal Simões showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Calle Målare, who was totally free with the ball in the 4th minute. Jan-Åke Gustavsson kicked well hit freekick during the 5th minute of the match. An unexpectedly hard shot by Calle Målare in the 29th minute of play forced KINGS FC's goalkeeper Leal Simões to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 31st minute Jānis Blūms shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Jarl Gunnarsson saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Calle Målare could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 34th minute of the match, but Leal Simões made a huge save. 35 minutes into the game, KINGS FC's Jānis Blūms nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Jarl Gunnarsson made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 1-2. Jarl Gunnarsson took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Zoltán Tálas, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After the first half KINGS FC were leading 1-2. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.

Jarl Gunnarsson made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 1-3. In the 65th match minute, Schmeissen FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Axel Sandberg to maneuver through the defense. In the 93rd minute of the match Axel Sandberg sent off a long shot with destination to the right of the goalkeeper, but Leal Simões skillfully saved the ball. KINGS FC's fans were overjoyed with their teams well-earned victory and stayed in the stadium long after the final whistle to celebrate the win.
