The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. 3 minutes into the match, Moises Fernandino had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Edward Nordin. Virtual Aces's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Moises Fernandino was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 0-1. Abram Luque kicked well hit freekick during the 9th minute of the match. Joel Ekerot hit a great freekick 10 minutes into the match. After some careless play in the Virtual Aces defense, Moises Fernandino kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Edward Nordin. The Virtual Aces fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Edward Nordin should have stopped the shot. In the 20th minute Moises Fernandino shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Edward Nordin saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Edward Nordin made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Moises Fernandino in the 25th minute of play. A collision led to El Salvador getting a freekick after 26 minutes play. Marco Tamayo hit a great ball. An unexpectedly hard shot by Moises Fernandino in the 30th minute of play forced Virtual Aces's goalkeeper Edward Nordin to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After a rather tough play, Virtual Aces's Joakim Asmundsson got a free kick in the 30th minute. An unexpectedly hard shot by Abram Luque in the 35th minute of play forced Virtual Aces's goalkeeper Edward Nordin to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After 37 played minutes El Salvador got a freekick which was hit by Jorge Magrina. Edward Nordin stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Moises Fernandino's shot from short distance in the 41st minute. Abram Luque hit a great freekick 44 minutes into the match. After the first half El Salvador were leading 0-2. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Filip Sandström stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. Moises Fernandino could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 55th minute of the match, but Edward Nordin made a huge save. Virtual Aces's Edward Nordin proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 57th minute of the match, managed to save Virtual Aces from getting a goal against them. Moises Fernandino's shot straight on target was not completely harmless. The ball had pretty good speed, but Edward Nordin firmly grabbed it by the left post. In the 60th match minute, Virtual Aces was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Rune Höijer to maneuver through the defense. If Moises Fernandino had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 62nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. El Salvador's Moises Fernandino got a good chance for a goal in the 66th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. After some careless play in the Virtual Aces defense, Abram Luque kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Edward Nordin. The Virtual Aces fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Edward Nordin should have stopped the shot. An unexpectedly hard shot by Abram Luque in the 78th minute of play forced Virtual Aces's goalkeeper Edward Nordin to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After 80 played minutes El Salvador got a freekick which was hit by Mateo Leguizamo. In the 82nd minute, El Salvador's Abram Luque ran free of his marker and smoothly shot the ball into the goal behind Edward Nordin. Edward Nordin yelled at his defense, as they had left him out to dry. 0-4. El Salvador played a much better game than Virtual Aces and deserved their victory. The Virtual Aces players were clearly disappointed as they left the ground.
