Spectators: 41 (Terracing: 32, Seating: 9, VIP seats: 0) Gil Talavera started the match with the kick off in front of an excited audience. In the 11th minute of the game Primitivo Andino made a throw-in which Juan Sebastián Puig played forward. In the 14th minute FC Blåvitt were awarded a corner. Gil Talavera went to the cornerflag to take it. After taking down the ball on FC Blåvitt's corner Gil Talavera fired away a hard shot, but the defenders efficiently covered the most dangerous angles and Julio Vera quite easily take care of the ball. After a rather tough play, FC Blåvitt's Mikael Bergstedt got a free kick in the 17th minute. 22 minutes into the game, Leonardo Vidman was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. FC Blåvitt's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Ecuador the free kick. The audience thought a goal was coming when Gil Talavera got free with Julio Vera in the 23rd minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Ecuador's Julio Vera played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Gil Talavera in the 24th minute of play. 25 minutes into the match, FC Blåvitt's goal looked a bit too open when Daniel Zorita came free, but Jarl Bredberg reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Jarl Bredberg took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Daniel Zorita, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After a rather tough play, FC Blåvitt's Mikael Bergstedt got a free kick in the 32nd minute. The audience was convinced that Gil Talavera's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Julio Vera was relentless in the 34th minute of the game. Primitivo Andino made in the 38th minute of the game a sloppy throw-in which Cristian Sancho however managed to control. Primitivo Andino got a throw-in 44 minutes in the game and the ball was received by Felix Montenegro. Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Daniel Zorita to make the kick off. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Luis Andino during the 51st minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. After 51 played minutes Ecuador got a freekick which was hit by Luis Andino. After some fancy dribbling in the 53rd minute, Daniel Zorita managed to get in a good position for a shot. Julio Vera showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Gil Talavera, who was totally free with the ball in the 56th minute. Gil Talavera recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 59th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. After a rather tough play, FC Blåvitt's Andy Robertsson got a free kick in the 63rd minute. In the 64th match minute, FC Blåvitt was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Jan-Ove Holm to maneuver through the defense. Cristian Sancho might have been able to make a better finish in the 65th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Jarl Bredberg. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Cristian Sancho ran back to his position shaking his head. Jarl Bredberg made an important save on a dangerous shot by Daniel Zorita in the 66th minute. Primitivo Andino made in the 68th minute of the game a sloppy throw-in which Cristian Sancho however managed to control. In the 76th match minute, Ecuador was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Primitivo Andino to maneuver through the defense. That made the score 1-3 in the 93 minute of play. Ecuador's players went to the stands to thank the travelling support. The fan's backing had helped spurr the team on to a fine performance that won them the match.
