Spectators: 45 (Terracing: 35, Seating: 10, VIP seats: 0) Luca Zorita fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 3rd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Leonas Mažeika having to interfere. Leonas Mažeika made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Alberto Tafalla in the 4th minute of play. Mexico were awarded a corner in the 9th minute after Wolves's defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. Joel Gaona took the corner. An unexpectedly hard shot by Nicolás Roche in the 12th minute of play forced Mexico's goalkeeper Dante Lacasa to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. When Alberto Tafalla came up free with the goalie in the 16th minute, the Mexico fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Alberto Tafalla couldn't finish the play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Lautaro Mancebo in the 17th minute of play forced Wolves's goalkeeper Leonas Mažeika to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. The supporters of Wolves booed when Mexico was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 21 match minutes in a wonderful position. Felix Luque didn't get a good kick on the ball. After a rather tough play, Wolves's Rimvydas Miškūnas got a free kick in the 22nd minute. Alberto Tafalla received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 23rd minute. Leonas Mažeika tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Leonas Mažeika took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Alberto Tafalla, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Mexico's Dante Lacasa proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 26th minute of the match, managed to save Mexico from getting a goal against them. Dante Lacasa showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Nicolás Roche, who was totally free with the ball in the 27th minute. A collision led to Mexico getting a freekick after 32 minutes play. Luca Rouco hit a great ball. 34 minutes into the match, Wolves's goal looked a bit too open when Lautaro Mancebo came free, but Leonas Mažeika reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After 36 minutes Wolves's defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Joel Gaona who took care of the corner kick. Dante Lacasa made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Nicolás Roche in the 39th minute of play. Rimvydas Miškūnas hit a great freekick 40 minutes into the match. A collision led to Wolves getting a freekick after 42 minutes play. Nilmar Almeida hit a great ball. In the 45th minute of the match, Borys Weyna tried to roll the ball into the goal by the right post, but Dante Lacasa saw his intentions and got control of the ball before it passed the line.

Dante Lacasa made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Arnas Užkuraitis in the 52nd minute of play. Arnas Užkuraitis took the ball and in the 52 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Dante Lacasa. Dante Lacasa dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 2-0. After 55 played minutes Wolves got a freekick which was hit by Rimvydas Miškūnas. In the 55th minute Joel Gaona shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Leonas Mažeika saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Leonas Mažeika made an important save on a dangerous shot by Lautaro Mancebo in the 59th minute. Joel Gaona recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 63rd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Dante Lacasa showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Nicolás Roche in the 66th minute of the match. Leonas Mažeika took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Joel Gaona, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Wolves's Leonas Mažeika played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Luca Zorita in the 71st minute of play. 72 minutes had been played when some careless play by Wolves's defense caused the ball to cross the line for a corner. Joel Gaona was slow to take the kick. During this time Mexico's players had a chance to rest. In the 79th minute Nicolás Roche shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Dante Lacasa saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Lautaro Mancebo's shot straight on target was not completely harmless. The ball had pretty good speed, but Leonas Mažeika firmly grabbed it by the left post. Leonas Mažeika didn't succeed in stopping the ball in the 80th minute, which inside left pole to 2-1. 84 minutes into the match, Wolves's goal looked a bit too open when Alberto Tafalla came free, but Leonas Mažeika reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Dante Lacasa showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Borys Weyna, who was totally free with the ball in the 87th minute. Lautaro Mancebo recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 93rd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal.
