The The Obscurials fans' excitement grew in the 27th match minute when The Obscurials's Adriano Ribeiro looked to have a clear shot with the ball near the goal. The shot wasn't hard, but the ball still rolled over the goal line to make it 0-3 before the goalkeeper had a chance to intervene. Witek Van Dijk kicked well hit freekick during the 29th minute of the match. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. 43 minutes into the game, The Obscurials's Adriano Ribeiro nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Dino Zoff made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 0-4. In the 46thth minute of the game Adriano Ribeiro who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but 11ABRASIL's Dino Zoff was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. The crowd was extremely unhappy with the home team's performance in the first half. They were losing 0-4.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Adriano Ribeiro to make the kick off. Adriano Ribeiro could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 53rd minute of the match, but Dino Zoff made a huge save. The Obscurials's Zheng Chao played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Per Hellgren in the 55th minute of play.
