A nice corner shot did that Evgeniy Kobeko got away a dangerous shot. Despite this Rolando Noboa quite easily got ahold of the ball to make the save. In the 7th minute, Julian Murillo got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. With a little luck, Peru's Rolando Noboa got control of the ball when Mikhail Hromchenko tried to sneak it across the goal line. Matvey Epanchin showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Julian Murillo, who was totally free with the ball in the 10th minute. Dynamite's Matvey Epanchin played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Julian Murillo in the 12th minute of play. Peru's attacker deliberately struck the ball against an opponent to win a corner for his team. The corner was taken by Luz Tejedor in the 13th minute. If Evgeniy Kobeko had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 17th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 18th minute of the match, Efim Abramov tried to roll the ball into the goal by the right post, but Rolando Noboa saw his intentions and got control of the ball before it passed the line. Rolando Noboa stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Evgeniy Kobeko's shot from short distance in the 20th minute. An unexpectedly hard shot by Julian Murillo in the 22nd minute of play forced Dynamite's goalkeeper Matvey Epanchin to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Julian Murillo in the 24th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Matvey Epanchin saved Dynamite from getting behind. An unexpectedly hard shot by Julian Murillo in the 31st minute of play forced Dynamite's goalkeeper Matvey Epanchin to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 32 minutes into the match, Peru's goal looked a bit too open when Evgeniy Kobeko came free, but Rolando Noboa reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Mariusz Mierzejewski in the 35th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Rolando Noboa prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Rolando Noboa made an important save on a dangerous shot by Mikhail Hromchenko in the 38th minute. Kazemir Gorbachev kicked well hit freekick during the 39th minute of the match. When Mariusz Mierzejewski fell near the penalty area in the 40th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Dynamite's protests and gave Mariusz Mierzejewski a yellow card for diving instead. 44 minutes into the match, Peru's goal looked a bit too open when Evgeniy Kobeko came free, but Rolando Noboa reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Matvey Epanchin came out of the goal in the 47th minute to try and stop a shot by Peru's Julian Murillo. But to his dismay, Julian Murillo quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-1. Even after changing tactics the home team jogged off the field with a 0-1 deficit. They would have to work harder if they wanted to turn things around in the second half.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Mikhail Hromchenko stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. Matvey Epanchin made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Julian Murillo in the 53rd minute of play. 57 minutes into the game, Lev Meskhi threw the ball into play from the sideline. Peru's Joaquin Prats quickly snatched the ball and retained possesion. 59 minutes into the match, Dynamite's goalkeeper Matvey Epanchin had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Eliseo Mina. In the 60th minute of the match Peru got a corner. Dynamite's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Luz Tejedor ran over to the corner to take the kick. After taking down the ball on Peru's corner Alonso Berganza fired away a hard shot, but the defenders efficiently covered the most dangerous angles and Matvey Epanchin quite easily take care of the ball. A sloppy throw-in by Lev Meskhi in the 66th minute of the game went astray and was snapped up by Peru's Eliseo Mina. Rolando Noboa showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Mikhail Hromchenko in the 68th minute of the match. An unexpectedly hard shot by Mikhail Hromchenko in the 72nd minute of play forced Peru's goalkeeper Rolando Noboa to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. The audience thought a goal was coming when Julian Murillo got free with Matvey Epanchin in the 76th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. In the 88th minute the ball was on its way in behind Dynamite's goalkeeper Matvey Epanchin, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. In the 89th minute Evgeniy Kobeko shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Rolando Noboa saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 94th match minute, Dynamite was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Mariusz Mierzejewski to maneuver through the defense. Matvey Epanchin made a fantastic save in the 96th minute, when Rafael Gallo sent off a good shot on target. Peru's supporters were very happy and cheered loudly because their team had won after a very close match.
