Spectators: 43 (Terracing: 33, Seating: 10, VIP seats: 0) The sun was shining, the grass was green and the audience cheered when Tomas Illescas got the match started through his kick off. Asier San made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Tomas Illescas in the 7th minute of play. La Larrieneta's Admon Titos got a good chance for a goal in the 9th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. In the 11th minute, Tomas Illescas ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Asier San was frozen by the shot and now it was 0-1. An unexpectedly hard shot by Jairo Modestio in the 14th minute of play forced Venezuela's goalkeeper Jonathan Ferrant to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. If Tomas Illescas had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 20th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 22ndth minute of the game Tomas Illescas who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but La Larrieneta's Asier San was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Prejun Balaguer hit a great freekick 23 minutes into the match. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Tomas Illescas in the 28th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Asier San saved La Larrieneta from getting behind. Admon Titos sent away a hard shot on goal in the 36th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 38th match minute, La Larrieneta was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Prejun Balaguer to maneuver through the defense. After 43 played minutes La Larrieneta got a freekick which was hit by Batista Amo. Jairo Modestio did some fancy footwork in front of goal and succeeded to deceive the defenders so he could slam the ball in 1-2 to the left of a surprised Jonathan Ferrant 46 minutes into the match. The La Larrieneta players were disheartened as they walked off the pitch after the first half. Venezuela were winning 1-2.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Jairo Modestio stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. If Tomas Illescas had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 51st minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Tomas Illescas could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 56th minute of the match, but Asier San made a huge save. In the 58th minute, Patricio Costa hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. 60 minutes into the game, Jairo Modestio cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 2-2. Jonathan Ferrant was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. 64 minutes into the match, La Larrieneta's goal looked a bit too open when Patricio Costa came free, but Asier San reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. 65 minutes had been played when some careless play by La Larrieneta's defense caused the ball to cross the line for a corner. Tomas Illescas was slow to take the kick. During this time Venezuela's players had a chance to rest. The audience thought a goal was coming when Tomas Illescas got free with Asier San in the 67th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Jonathan Ferrant showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Jairo Modestio in the 68th minute of the match. After a defensive mix-up in La Larrieneta's zone, Tomas Illescas stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Asier San came out of the goal and Tomas Illescas tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Jairo Modestio in the 77th minute of play forced Venezuela's goalkeeper Jonathan Ferrant to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. The audience was convinced that Jairo Modestio's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Jonathan Ferrant was relentless in the 79th minute of the game. La Larrieneta were awarded a corner in the 81th minute after Venezuela's defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. Muc Alva took the corner. Rigoberto Mina was astounded when the referee showed him the red card after a seemingly innocent challenge, 84 minutes into the match. Venezuela:s Jonathan Ferrant showed great skill when he stopped Muc Alva:s penalty. The audience was convinced that Jairo Modestio's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Jonathan Ferrant was relentless in the 87th minute of the game. In the 89th minute La Larrieneta were awarded a corner. Muc Alva went to the cornerflag to take it. The corner led La Larrieneta's Muc Alva to fire away a dangerous shot which Jonathan Ferrant despite some difficulties managed to get hold on the ball. Joshua Secada came free in the 91st minute and tried to tip the ball over Asier San, but to the joy of La Larrieneta's supporters the ball went over. In the 94th minute, Camilo Gaos hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field.
