The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Ernesto Cirelli helped the player get up and apologised. In the 59th match minute, Markowy Team was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Ernesto Cirelli to maneuver through the defense. After some fancy dribbling in the 60th minute, Julian Murillo managed to get in a good position for a shot. Peru's supporters rose to their feet, but Julian Murillo was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Artur Boruc breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Rolando Noboa was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. After 66 minutes of play, Markowy Team's Zula Misiewicz made it 3-3 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Ernesto Cirelli made in the 91st minute of the game a throw-in that took a bad bounce and was taken care of by Peru's Eliseo Mina. The supporters of Peru booed when Markowy Team was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 91 match minutes in a wonderful position. Pankracy Hajto didn't get a good kick on the ball. Rafael Gallo's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Artur Boruc read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 95th minute of play. The Peru supporters could be heard counting down the last seconds of the match. They errupted in celebration when the whistle blew, knowing Peru would go home with victory in their luggage after a match that easily could have ended differently.
