The supporters of Ecuador booed when Ninjas FK was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 27 match minutes in a wonderful position. Jorden Blomme didn't get a good kick on the ball. After a rather tough play, Ninjas FK's Min Peng got a free kick in the 29th minute. Black Cold might have been able to make a better finish in the 34th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Julio Vera. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Black Cold ran back to his position shaking his head. Julio Vera showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Black Cold, who was totally free with the ball in the 34th minute. In the 42nd minute, Black Cold left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Ninjas FK fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 3-0. The home fans were very happy to see their team leading 3-0 at half-time.

Cristian Sancho could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 75th minute of the match, but Rickard Algren made a huge save. Rickard Algren yelled at his defense, as they had left him out to dry. 3-1. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Black Cold during the 93rd minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. After 93 played minutes Ninjas FK got a freekick which was hit by Black Cold. 96 minutes into the match, Ninjas FK's Black Cold sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Julio Vera narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Ninjas FK's fans were exulted and cheered after their team won in a match that could easily have gone the other way.
