Spectators: 40 (Terracing: 31, Seating: 9, VIP seats: 0) 3 minutes into the match, Venezuela's goal looked a bit too open when Svante Falkrans came free, but Jonathan Ferrant reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. The Stolpskottet Väsby BK fans' excitement grew in the 8th match minute when Stolpskottet Väsby BK's Svante Falkrans looked to have a clear shot with the ball near the goal. The shot wasn't hard, but the ball still rolled over the goal line to make it 1-0 before the goalkeeper had a chance to intervene. Jens-Ove Kihlberg made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Tomas Illescas in the 12th minute of play. After some careless play in the Stolpskottet Väsby BK defense, Tomas Illescas kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Jens-Ove Kihlberg. The Stolpskottet Väsby BK fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Jens-Ove Kihlberg should have stopped the shot. Svante Falkrans scored 2-1 in the 19th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Jonathan Ferrant, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. 25 minutes into the game, Svante Falkrans lined in a short shot 3-1 behind a frustrated Jonathan Ferrant. Patricio Costa kicked well hit freekick during the 28th minute of the match. Jens-Ove Kihlberg took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Tomas Illescas, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After a defensive mix-up in Venezuela's zone, Svante Falkrans stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Jonathan Ferrant came out of the goal and Svante Falkrans tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Jonathan Ferrant acted impressively in front of the goal and made a superb save when he, in the 39th minute, took the ball on the long shot from Bernardino Iaki. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Svante Falkrans in the 41st managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Jonathan Ferrant saved Venezuela from getting behind. When Stolpskottet Väsby BK's Svante Falkrans in the 45th minute got a chance for a shot 45th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Venezuela's goalie prevented a goal.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Tomas Illescas to make the kick off. Svante Falkrans fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 54th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Jonathan Ferrant having to interfere. Jens-Ove Kihlberg made a fantastic save in the 74th minute, when Tomas Illescas sent off a good shot on target. 75 minutes into the game, Alex Chicote was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Venezuela's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Stolpskottet Väsby BK the free kick. Alex Chicote hit a great freekick 75 minutes into the match. Göran Gummeson kicked well hit freekick during the 82nd minute of the match. 84 minutes into the match, Venezuela's goal looked a bit too open when Kennet Hydén came free, but Jonathan Ferrant reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 85th match minute, Venezuela was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Alex Chicote to maneuver through the defense. If Tomas Illescas had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 87th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. 91 minutes into the match, Stolpskottet Väsby BK's Svante Falkrans sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Jonathan Ferrant narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Svante Falkrans in the 97th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Jonathan Ferrant prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Venezuela's players left the field with heads hung low after losing a match that had been finely balanced throughout.
