After 5 minutes, Jarell Hill mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Jamaica and the Gloria Bistrita players grew even worse after the yellow card. Jarell Hill hit a great freekick 5 minutes into the match. 9 minutes into the match, Gloria Bistrita's goal looked a bit too open when Jarell Hill came free, but Paul Miclescu reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. An unexpectedly hard shot by Jarell Hill in the 31st minute of play forced Gloria Bistrita's goalkeeper Paul Miclescu to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After 35 played minutes Jamaica got a freekick which was hit by Romon Oliver. Paul Miclescu took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Finlay Stair, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Cristinel Voina during the 40th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. In the 40th minute, Cristinel Voina hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Karlus Waugh fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 41st minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Paul Miclescu having to interfere. Paul Miclescu showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Kordal Duff, who was totally free with the ball in the 43rd minute. Paul Miclescu showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Romon Oliver in the 44th minute of the match. 47 minutes into the match, Vintilă Trăilă notched a goal, 1-1, to the right of Jamaica's Demonde Jacobson. Demonde Jacobson was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it.

In the 58th match minute, Gloria Bistrita was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Horaţiu Şchiopu to maneuver through the defense. Jarell Hill recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 60th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Leron Sale hit a great freekick 64 minutes into the match. Paul Miclescu made a fantastic save in the 66th minute, when Finlay Stair sent off a good shot on target. Jarell Hill succeeded to score despite a near miss that spronge from right pole into the goal to 1-3 in the 67th playminute. 71 minutes into the match, Finlay Stair had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Paul Miclescu. Gloria Bistrita's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Finlay Stair was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 1-4. Jamaica were furious when Romon Oliver was red carded, 75 minutes into the game, but the referee dismissed their protests. 74 minutes into the game, one of Jamaica:s players got tackled near the goal, and the referee blew for a penalty. Demonde Jacobson had in the 77thth minute some difficulties stopping Dragoş Miniș's well aimed penalty as it nearly passed him on his left side, but he still managed to hold the ball. In the 78th minute, Karlus Waugh got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. If Jarell Hill had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 79th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Demonde Jacobson made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Vintilă Trăilă in the 82nd minute of play. After a defensive mix-up in Gloria Bistrita's zone, Jarell Hill stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Paul Miclescu came out of the goal and Jarell Hill tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Jamaica's Demonde Jacobson played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Vintilă Trăilă in the 87th minute of play. With a little luck, Gloria Bistrita's Paul Miclescu got control of the ball when Jarell Hill tried to sneak it across the goal line. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Finlay Stair during the 92nd minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. In the 92nd match minute, Jamaica was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Finlay Stair to maneuver through the defense. In the 95th minute Karlus Waugh shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Paul Miclescu saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 97 minutes into the game, Finlay Stair cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 1-5. Paul Miclescu was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Jamaica's fans were overjoyed with their teams well-earned victory and stayed in the stadium long after the final whistle to celebrate the win.
