The throw-in from Ioan Cândea in the 15th minute of the game was unfortunally taken care of by Albardón F.C's Gustavo Barros Schelotto. 16 minutes into the match, Club El Progreso's goalkeeper Benjamin Tino had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Aureliano Buendia. Ioan Cândea made in the 17th minute of the game a quick throw-in and Bonifacio Txindoki immediately put the ball in play. Albardón F.C's Geronimo Eleazar played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Indiana Jones in the 21st minute of play. When Club El Progreso's Indiana Jones in the 21st minute got a chance for a shot 21st didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. Adolfo Fidensio was slow to take the kick. During this time Club El Progreso's players had a chance to rest. After taking down the ball on Club El Progreso's corner Adolfo Fidensio fired away a hard shot, but the defenders efficiently covered the most dangerous angles and Geronimo Eleazar quite easily take care of the ball. Albardón F.C's Xandro Sacristán got a good chance for a goal in the 39th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. In the 41st minute Indiana Jones shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Geronimo Eleazar saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After a rather tough play, Albardón F.C's Xandro Sacristán got a free kick in the 42nd minute. 43 minutes into the match, Cleto Cordaro had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Geronimo Eleazar. Albardón F.C's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Cleto Cordaro was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 0-1.

A collision led to Albardón F.C getting a freekick after 51 minutes play. Aureliano Buendia hit a great ball. 57 minutes into the match, Albardón F.C's goalkeeper Geronimo Eleazar had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Enzo Bot. Cleto Cordaro could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 64th minute of the match, but Geronimo Eleazar made a huge save. Benjamin Tino took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Aureliano Buendia, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Albardón F.C made a substitution. Ivan Gaizko replaced Xandro Sacristán. Albardón F.C's Erasmo Lluc was substituted for Juan Galo. Ivan Gaizko's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Benjamin Tino read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 77th minute of play. Albardón F.C's attacker deliberately struck the ball against an opponent to win a corner for his team. The corner was taken by Gustavo Barros Schelotto in the 78th minute.
