Spectators: 40 (Terracing: 31, Seating: 9, VIP seats: 0) The sun was shining, the grass was green and the audience cheered when Conrado Rodriguez got the match started through his kick off. Lionel-Andrés Messias recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 4th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Cristian Sancho took the ball and in the 10 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Bernhardt Reshauge. Bernhardt Reshauge dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-1. 13 minutes into the match, Sαηgrε Azuɭ's goal looked a bit too open when Daniel Zorita came free, but Bernhardt Reshauge reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Julio Vera made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Lionel-Andrés Messias in the 21st minute of play. Jonas Ordono hit a great freekick 23 minutes into the match. Bernhardt Reshauge took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Daniel Zorita, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. The audience was convinced that Conrado Rodriguez's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Julio Vera was relentless in the 26th minute of the game. Conrado Rodriguez could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 27th minute of the match, but Julio Vera made a huge save. After some fancy dribbling in the 29th minute, Lionel-Andrés Messias managed to get in a good position for a shot. Sαηgrε Azuɭ's supporters rose to their feet, but Lionel-Andrés Messias was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Julio Vera breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Bernhardt Reshauge showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Luis Andino, who was totally free with the ball in the 32nd minute. Sαηgrε Azuɭ's Bernhardt Reshauge played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Daniel Zorita in the 38th minute of play. Bernhardt Reshauge showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Felix Montenegro, who was totally free with the ball in the 46th minute. After a rather tough play, Sαηgrε Azuɭ's Osvaldo Alfonso got a free kick in the 47th minute. A collision led to Sαηgrε Azuɭ getting a freekick after 47 minutes play. Artemio Nesto hit a great ball. After 49 minutes, Jonas Ordono mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Sαηgrε Azuɭ and the Ecuador players grew even worse after the yellow card. The referee blew the whistle for a penalty in the 49th minute of the game. One of Sαηgrε Azuɭ:s players had nearly got his shirt torn off by an opponent while getting free in front of Ecuador:s goal. Daniel Zorita shot the penalty kick by force right in the crossbar. No goal. After the first half Ecuador were leading 0-1. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Daniel Zorita to make the kick off. In the 58th minute Conrado Rodriguez shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Julio Vera saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Bernhardt Reshauge made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Luis Andino in the 69th minute of play. In the 71st minute, Ecuador's Daniel Zorita ran free of his marker and smoothly shot the ball into the goal behind Bernhardt Reshauge. Bernhardt Reshauge yelled at his defense, as they had left him out to dry. 0-2. Sαηgrε Azuɭ's Cirilo Virila was substituted for Lionel-Andrés Messias. After 79 played minutes Sαηgrε Azuɭ got a freekick which was hit by Ur Cabral. 81 minutes into the match, Ecuador's goal looked a bit too open when Adrian Orzaize came free, but Julio Vera reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 86th minute, Cirilo Virila made a precise shot to the right of Julio Vera. Ecuador's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 1-2. Julio Vera was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. After 95 played minutes Sαηgrε Azuɭ got a freekick which was hit by Jonas Ordono. After some fancy dribbling in the 98th minute, Jonas Ordono managed to get in a good position for a shot.
