In the 9th minute, Tomas Illescas got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. A sloppy throw-in by Salvador Gisbert in the 11th minute of the game went astray and was snapped up by The Wolfpack™'s Ovidio Geleberto. The Wolfpack™'s Todor Barakovski was standing unmarked in front of the goal when he, in the 13th play minute, got the ball and easily drilled it into the goal. 15 minutes into the game, Alex Chicote threw the ball into play from the sideline. The Wolfpack™'s Ovidio Geleberto quickly snatched the ball and retained possesion. When Venezuela's Tomas Illescas in the 23rd minute got a chance for a shot 23rd didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye The Wolfpack™'s goalie prevented a goal. When Todor Barakovski came up free with the goalie in the 29th minute, the The Wolfpack™ fans jumped to their feet. A collision led to The Wolfpack™ getting a freekick after 33 minutes play. Ovidio Geleberto hit a great ball. In the 36th minute, Todor Barakovski left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The The Wolfpack™ fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 2-0. 45 minutes into the game, Salvador Gisbert threw the ball into play from the sideline. The Wolfpack™'s Ovidio Geleberto quickly snatched the ball and retained possesion. The away team players looked dejected as the walked off the pitch at half time. They had fought hard, but were still losing 2-0.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Todor Barakovski to strike the kick off in the second half. Jonathan Ferrant stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Todor Barakovski's shot from short distance in the 52nd minute. Tomas Illescas could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 57th minute of the match, but Tibúrcio Carabajal made a huge save. If André Luiz Iniesta had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 58th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. The Wolfpack™'s attentive Ovidio Geleberto managed to snatch the ball when Alex Chicote made a throw-in in the 59th minute of the game. Todor Barakovski's late challenge caught a Venezuela's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Todor Barakovski helped the player get up and apologised. The supporters of Venezuela booed when The Wolfpack™ was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 67 match minutes in a wonderful position. Todor Barakovski didn't get a good kick on the ball. Tibúrcio Carabajal showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Patricio Costa, who was totally free with the ball in the 72nd minute. After some fancy dribbling in the 73rd minute, Tomas Illescas managed to get in a good position for a shot. Venezuela's supporters rose to their feet, but Tomas Illescas was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Tibúrcio Carabajal breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Venezuela's Salvador Gisbert quite brazenly broke a throw-in by Ovidio Geleberto, made in the 75th minute of the game. Todor Barakovski struck a weak shot in the 77th minute. Jonathan Ferrant didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for The Wolfpack™. Jonathan Ferrant took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Todor Barakovski, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Venezuela's Jonathan Ferrant played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Alfredo Orlin in the 85th minute of play. Venezuela's Tomas Illescas got a good chance for a goal in the 86th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Tomas Illescas could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 91st minute of the match, but Tibúrcio Carabajal made a huge save. In the 95th minute, Todor Barakovski got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Venezuela's supporters were dissatisfied at the end of the match because The Wolfpack™ had won, even though Venezuela had held more of the ball.
