Spectators: 44 (Terracing: 34, Seating: 10, VIP seats: 0) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. Sven-Erik Ekblom started the match with the kick off. After 5 minutes of play, Mexico's Luca Zorita made it 0-1 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Ludvig Olofsson was left in no man's land by his defense there! In the 10th minute Alberto Tafalla shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Ludvig Olofsson saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 11 minutes into the match, Garsås IF's goal looked a bit too open when Alberto Tafalla came free, but Ludvig Olofsson reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. The supporters of Mexico booed when Garsås IF was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 12 match minutes in a wonderful position. Harry Nyström didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 14th match minute, Garsås IF was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Harry Nyström to maneuver through the defense. Alberto Tafalla sent away a hard shot on goal in the 15th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. In the 19th minute, Alberto Tafalla made a precise shot to the right of Ludvig Olofsson. Garsås IF's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 0-2. 23 minutes into the match, Garsås IF's goal looked a bit too open when Alberto Tafalla came free, but Ludvig Olofsson reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After a rather tough play, Garsås IF's Stellan Hansson got a free kick in the 24th minute. In the 26th minute, Joel Gaona left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Mexico fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 0-3. Garsås IF's Ludvig Olofsson played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Alberto Tafalla in the 30th minute of play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Alberto Tafalla in the 33rd minute of play forced Garsås IF's goalkeeper Ludvig Olofsson to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Ludvig Olofsson came out of the goal in the 35th minute to try and stop a shot by Mexico's Alberto Tafalla. But to his dismay, Alberto Tafalla quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-4. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Facundo Cadaval in the 40th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Ludvig Olofsson prevented the ball from getting in the gole. In the 42nd minute Alberto Tafalla shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Ludvig Olofsson saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 43rd minute Alberto Tafalla shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Ludvig Olofsson saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After 45 played minutes Garsås IF got a freekick which was hit by Edvin Engström. Disappointed in the 0-4 score, the home team went to the dressing room to adjust tactics for the second half.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Joel Gaona made a kick off. When Stellan Hansson fell near the penalty area in the 52nd minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Garsås IF's protests and gave Stellan Hansson a yellow card for diving instead. Stellan Hansson kicked well hit freekick during the 52nd minute of the match. Sven-Erik Ekblom was shown his second yellow card after 54 minutes, following a rather ugly tackle on opponent. That was the end of his participation in the match. After 54 played minutes Garsås IF got a freekick which was hit by Sven-Erik Ekblom. In the 57th minute of the match, Alberto Tafalla tried to roll the ball into the goal by the right post, but Ludvig Olofsson saw his intentions and got control of the ball before it passed the line. Alberto Tafalla was really disappointed when he shot the ball just outside the right post instead of scoring a goal in the 63rd minute. Mexico's manager could be seen on the sidelines shaking his head and muttering to himself as his team had just wasted another chance. Ludvig Olofsson made a fantastic save in the 68th minute, when Alberto Tafalla sent off a good shot on target. Joel Gaona fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 71st minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Ludvig Olofsson having to interfere. Mexico's Dante Lacasa played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Isak Hägglund in the 75th minute of play. After a rather tough play, Garsås IF's Harry Nyström got a free kick in the 82nd minute. 86 minutes into the match, Garsås IF's goal looked a bit too open when Joel Gaona came free, but Ludvig Olofsson reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 87th minute, Harry Nyström hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. 90 minutes into the match, Garsås IF's goalkeeper Ludvig Olofsson had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Lautaro Mancebo. In the 92nd minute, Harry Nyström hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Facundo Cadaval might have been able to make a better finish in the 94th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Ludvig Olofsson. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Facundo Cadaval ran back to his position shaking his head. When the match was over Mexico could go home with a victory in their luggage, having controlled the game far better than Garsås IF throughout the match.
