Spectators: 40 (Terracing: 31, Seating: 9, VIP seats: 0) Uruguay's Francisco Seco started the match with a crisp pass. The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. In the 7th minute, Roland Laureys made a precise shot to the right of Joaquin Gayoso. Uruguay's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 1-0. Joaquin Gayoso showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Adelino Bastos in the 14th minute of the match. Adelino Bastos scored 2-0 in the 15th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Joaquin Gayoso, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. After a rather tough play, Katowice i Kluczbork's Artur Kasprzak got a free kick in the 23rd minute. 25 minutes into the game, Adelino Bastos was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Katowice i Kluczbork's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Uruguay the free kick. After a rather tough play, Katowice i Kluczbork's Adelino Bastos got a free kick in the 25th minute. Arkadiusz Smolarek made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Francisco Seco in the 29th minute of play. In the 33rd minute of the match, Roland Laureys got a very nice opportunity to score, but Joaquin Gayoso was well-placed and pushed the ball away from the goal at the left post. Katowice i Kluczbork were awarded a corner in the 36th minute after Uruguay's defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. Julian Jaszcz took the corner. A collision led to Katowice i Kluczbork getting a freekick after 42 minutes play. Juliusz Oryniak hit a great ball. The home fans were very happy to see their team leading 2-0 at half-time.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Roland Laureys made a kick off. After 50 played minutes Katowice i Kluczbork got a freekick which was hit by Juliusz Oryniak. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Maximiliano Escribano in the 51st managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Arkadiusz Smolarek saved Katowice i Kluczbork from getting behind. When Uruguay's Maximiliano Escribano in the 51st minute got a chance for a shot 51st didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Katowice i Kluczbork's goalie prevented a goal. Camilo Franco struck a weak shot in the 52nd minute. Arkadiusz Smolarek didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Uruguay. With a little luck, Katowice i Kluczbork's Arkadiusz Smolarek got control of the ball when Maximiliano Escribano tried to sneak it across the goal line. Arkadiusz Smolarek made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Jaime Cazalla in the 61st minute of play. When Adelino Bastos came up free with the goalie in the 68th minute, the Katowice i Kluczbork fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Adelino Bastos couldn't finish the play. Katowice i Kluczbork made a substitution. Ryszard Murdza replaced Adelino Bastos. Uruguay's Joaquin Gayoso played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Roland Laureys in the 71st minute of play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Roland Laureys in the 75th minute of play forced Uruguay's goalkeeper Joaquin Gayoso to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After 76 played minutes Uruguay got a freekick which was hit by Jorge Sainz. Francisco Seco came free with the goalkeeper in the 81st minute of the match, and shot straight on target. The shot was a little too simple and Arkadiusz Smolarek could save by the left post. Jorge Sainz kicked well hit freekick during the 86th minute of the match. 88 minutes into the game, Katowice i Kluczbork's Roland Laureys nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Joaquin Gayoso made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 3-0. Joaquin Gayoso took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Roland Laureys, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Maximiliano Escribano hit a great freekick 92 minutes into the match. If Ryszard Murdza had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 93rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. Katowice i Kluczbork's Arkadiusz Smolarek proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 94th minute of the match, managed to save Katowice i Kluczbork from getting a goal against them.
