Spectators: 42 (Terracing: 32, Seating: 10, VIP seats: 0) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. Ted Magnusson started the match with the kick off. Sven-Arne Gustafsson took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Tomas Berganza, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 4th minute Isidoro Sarmiento shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Sven-Arne Gustafsson saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. The supporters of Ellen Bow Bojs booed when Panama was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 5 match minutes in a wonderful position. Alex Cambeiro didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 12th minute, Isidoro Sarmiento ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Sven-Arne Gustafsson was frozen by the shot and now it was 0-2. The throw-in from Matthew Garrido in the 15th minute of the game was unfortunally taken care of by Ellen Bow Bojs's Rune Asplund. Ellen Bow Bojs's Sven-Arne Gustafsson played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Abraham Alguacil in the 17th minute of play. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Alvar Söderlund during the 18th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. When the match clock showed 19 minutes, the score became 0-3 when Tomas Berganza sped through Ellen Bow Bojs's defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Sven-Arne Gustafsson. 25 minutes into the match, Abraham Alguacil notched a goal, 0-4, to the right of Ellen Bow Bojs's Sven-Arne Gustafsson. Sven-Arne Gustafsson was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Tomas Berganza scored 0-5 in the 28th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Sven-Arne Gustafsson, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. In the 31st minute Miguel Miralles shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Sven-Arne Gustafsson saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Ellen Bow Bojs's Sven-Arne Gustafsson played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Isidoro Sarmiento in the 34th minute of play. In the 35th minute, Miguel Miralles left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Panama fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 0-6. In the 39th minute Abraham Alguacil shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Sven-Arne Gustafsson saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Sven-Arne Gustafsson showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Alex Cambeiro in the 40th minute of the match. An unexpectedly hard shot by Isidoro Sarmiento in the 41st minute of play forced Ellen Bow Bojs's goalkeeper Sven-Arne Gustafsson to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 44th minute Abraham Alguacil shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Sven-Arne Gustafsson saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Sven-Arne Gustafsson didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Tomas Berganza went, in the 45th minute, to the upper right corner, 0-7 was the resulting score. Disappointed in the 0-7 score, the home team went to the dressing room to adjust tactics for the second half.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Tomas Berganza was the one to do the kick off. In the 52nd minute Miguel Miralles shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Sven-Arne Gustafsson saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 56 minutes into the match, Isidoro Sarmiento had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Sven-Arne Gustafsson. Ellen Bow Bojs's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Isidoro Sarmiento was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 0-8. In the 62nd minute Miguel Miralles shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Sven-Arne Gustafsson saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After a rather tough play, Ellen Bow Bojs's Alvar Söderlund got a free kick in the 63rd minute. 64 minutes into the match Abraham Alguacil climbed in front of goal and pressed up 0-9 in the right cross behind a totally surprised Sven-Arne Gustafsson. After 66 played minutes Panama got a freekick which was hit by Abraham Alguacil. Sven-Arne Gustafsson showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Miguel Miralles, who was totally free with the ball in the 71st minute. After 72 minutes of play, Panama's Tomas Berganza made it 0-10 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Sven-Arne Gustafsson was left in no man's land by his defense there! The crowd rose to their feet as Panama's Tomas Berganza slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Sven-Arne Gustafsson. That made the score 0-11 after 75 minutes of play. Sven-Arne Gustafsson made a fantastic save in the 78th minute, when Isidoro Sarmiento sent off a good shot on target. Sven-Arne Gustafsson stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Tomas Berganza's shot from short distance in the 80th minute. Aaron Barrios could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 81st minute of the match, but Sven-Arne Gustafsson made a huge save. In the 82nd minute, Panama's Isidoro Sarmiento dribbled the ball into the box and hit a shot with the outside of his foot, sending the keeper the wrong way. 0-12. Isidoro Sarmiento took the ball and in the 86 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Sven-Arne Gustafsson. Sven-Arne Gustafsson dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-13. The crowd rose to their feet as Miguel Miralles kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving Sven-Arne Gustafsson. That made the score 0-14 in the 92 minute of play.
