Spectators: 40 (Terracing: 31, Seating: 9, VIP seats: 0) It was fairly windy and cold on the field when Klim Kostygin kicked off to start the match. A collision led to BOHEMIAN getting a freekick after 3 minutes play. Federico Presedo hit a great ball. In the 5th minute, Nicolas Precioso ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Jonathan Ferrant was frozen by the shot and now it was 1-0. Jose Correa hit a great freekick 8 minutes into the match. If Klim Kostygin had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 11th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. In the 12th minute, Nicolas Precioso got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. In the 16th minute the ball was on its way in behind Venezuela's goalkeeper Jonathan Ferrant, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. 18 minutes into the match, Venezuela's goalkeeper Jonathan Ferrant had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Klim Kostygin. José Luis Campi stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Tomas Illescas's shot from short distance in the 29th minute. Patricio Costa struck a weak shot in the 32nd minute. José Luis Campi didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Venezuela. Jonathan Ferrant took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Nicolas Precioso, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After some fancy dribbling in the 38th minute, Tomas Illescas managed to get in a good position for a shot. Venezuela's supporters rose to their feet, but Tomas Illescas was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. José Luis Campi breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Klim Kostygin could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 41st minute of the match, but Jonathan Ferrant made a huge save.

BOHEMIAN made a substitution. Rodolfo Rafaeli replaced Federico Presedo. In the 53rd minute of the match Venezuela got a corner. BOHEMIAN's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Tomas Illescas ran over to the corner to take the kick. The corner led Venezuela's Salvador Gisbert to fire away a dangerous shot which José Luis Campi despite some difficulties managed to get hold on the ball. 59 minutes into the match, Venezuela's goal looked a bit too open when Martijn Rockloos came free, but Jonathan Ferrant reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. BOHEMIAN's attacker deliberately struck the ball against an opponent to win a corner for his team. The corner was taken by Evelio Luke in the 60th minute. The corner first didn't look so dangerous but when Klim Kostygin got the ball he succeeded in some way to get through the defenders to deliver a very hard score. Result 2-0. 60 minutes into the match. Jonathan Ferrant made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Nicolas Precioso in the 63rd minute of play. When Guillermo Mariano fell near the penalty area in the 69th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Venezuela's protests and gave Guillermo Mariano a yellow card for diving instead. The supporters of BOHEMIAN booed when Venezuela was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 69 match minutes in a wonderful position. Guillermo Mariano didn't get a good kick on the ball. Klim Kostygin struck a weak shot in the 77th minute. Jonathan Ferrant didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for BOHEMIAN. BOHEMIAN's Benito Marques was substituted for Marcelo Carracedo. Jonathan Ferrant made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Klim Kostygin in the 79th minute of play. BOHEMIAN's attacker deliberately struck the ball against an opponent to win a corner for his team. The corner was taken by Evelio Luke in the 80th minute. A nice corner shot did that Evelio Luke got away a dangerous shot. Despite this Jonathan Ferrant quite easily got ahold of the ball to make the save. In the 81st match minute, Venezuela was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Jose Correa to maneuver through the defense. A collision led to BOHEMIAN getting a freekick after 84 minutes play. Rodolfo Rafaeli hit a great ball. Tomas Illescas could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 89th minute of the match, but José Luis Campi made a huge save. The referee blew his whistle, and the match came to a close. The players exchanged shirts and headed down the tunnel. The BOHEMIAN fans cheered their team off the field, for while Venezuela had put up a good fight, they were unable to come out of the game with any points to show for their effort.
