After 6 played minutes Clube Atlético Paulista got a freekick which was hit by Lucas Martínez. Matheus Carvalho made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Alejo Louis in the 7th minute of play. Leones FC were awarded a corner in the 9th minute after Clube Atlético Paulista's defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. Emiliano Faro took the corner. The supporters of Clube Atlético Paulista booed when Leones FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 10 match minutes in a wonderful position. Everardo Loi didn't get a good kick on the ball. Amador Jakue was in exellent shape and made a fantastic save when he, in the 11th minute of the match, managed to get hold of the ball after a long shot from Lucas Martínez. 13 minutes into the match, Leones FC's goal looked a bit too open when Severino Soares came free, but Amador Jakue reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 17th minute, Miguel Lando left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Leones FC fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 1-1. When Clube Atlético Paulista's Severino Soares in the 20th minute got a chance for a shot 20th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. Without hesitation aimed to the right of Amador Jakue, who managed to lunge to the right direction and made a save. After having played for 24 minutes, Marquinhos Pena managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Clube Atlético Paulista's supporters crossed their fingers, but Marquinhos Pena was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. In the 26th minute, Clube Atlético Paulista's Kauan Guerra ran free of his marker and smoothly shot the ball into the goal behind Amador Jakue. Amador Jakue yelled at his defense, as they had left him out to dry. 2-1. When Clube Atlético Paulista's Manfredo Cerezo in the 31st minute got a chance for a shot 31st didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Leones FC's goalie prevented a goal. If Severino Soares had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 37th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After 39 played minutes Leones FC got a freekick which was hit by Rafael Maura. Eduardo Cabral's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Amador Jakue read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 40th minute of play. Leones FC's defense didn't have a chance, in the 42nd minute, when Severino Soares scored to the left of an out of position Amador Jakue, making the score, 3-1. The supporters of Clube Atlético Paulista booed when Leones FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 45 match minutes in a wonderful position. Miguel Lando didn't get a good kick on the ball. 46 minutes into the game, Severino Soares cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 4-1. Amador Jakue was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in.

Marquinhos Pena scored 5-1 in the 58th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Amador Jakue, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Alejo Louis received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 62nd minute. Matheus Carvalho tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Severino Soares in the 65th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Amador Jakue saved Leones FC from getting behind. 69 minutes into the match, Severino Soares notched a goal, 6-1, to the right of Leones FC's Amador Jakue. Amador Jakue was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Israel Mederi's late challenge caught a Clube Atlético Paulista's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Israel Mederi helped the player get up and apologised. A collision led to Leones FC getting a freekick after 74 minutes play. Israel Mederi hit a great ball. Lucas Martínez was in a good position and managed to take a shot, but he missed just to the outside of the post. 82 minutes into the match, Marquinhos Pena notched a goal, 7-1, to the right of Leones FC's Amador Jakue. Amador Jakue was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Luiz Henrique sent away a hard shot on goal in the 86th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Ciro Ferdinand charged in rather forcefully in the 93rd minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Ciro Ferdinand the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. Ciro Ferdinand hit a great freekick 93 minutes into the match. Clube Atlético Paulista's supporters were delighted with their team's performance and swarmed onto the pitch at the end of the match to celebrate the victory with the players.
