The supporters of Sydney FC booed when OS IMPOSSIVEIS was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 3 match minutes in a wonderful position. Gilberto Silveira didn't get a good kick on the ball. Frederico Pirani showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Kees Plappert, who was totally free with the ball in the 4th minute. Florian Guderian made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Gilberto Silveira in the 7th minute of play. If Osvaldo Falcão had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 8th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Fiori Mazza hit a great freekick 10 minutes into the match. After recieving a nice pass, Sydney FC's Thorben Rittmann tried to score from far away in the 11th minute, but the ball went over the crossbar. In the 14th minute Kees Plappert shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Frederico Pirani saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In a very dangerous position, a player in OS IMPOSSIVEIS fell when an opponent tried to get the ball from him in the 15th minute. Penalty! Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Thorben Rittmann in the 26th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Frederico Pirani prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Alessandro Saraiva hit a great freekick 30 minutes into the match. An unexpectedly hard shot by Thorben Rittmann in the 31st minute of play forced OS IMPOSSIVEIS's goalkeeper Frederico Pirani to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After a rather tough play, OS IMPOSSIVEIS's Dedê Guedes got a free kick in the 33rd minute. Osvaldo Falcão's shot straight on target was not completely harmless. The ball had pretty good speed, but Florian Guderian firmly grabbed it by the left post. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Bartolomeo Heinlein during the 37th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. A collision led to Sydney FC getting a freekick after 37 minutes play. Bartolomeo Heinlein hit a great ball. An unexpectedly hard shot by Thorben Rittmann in the 41st minute of play forced OS IMPOSSIVEIS's goalkeeper Frederico Pirani to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Frederico Pirani showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Thorben Rittmann in the 43rd minute of the match. An unexpectedly hard shot by Thorben Rittmann in the 45th minute of play forced OS IMPOSSIVEIS's goalkeeper Frederico Pirani to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Fiori Mazza recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 47th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Gilberto Silveira stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. In the 56th minute the ball was on its way in behind Sydney FC's goalkeeper Florian Guderian, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. The audience thought a goal was coming when Thorben Rittmann got free with Frederico Pirani in the 64th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. 66 minutes into the match, Sydney FC's goal looked a bit too open when Delfim Aparecido came free, but Florian Guderian reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. If Adnan Tilner had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 67th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Bartolomeo Heinlein sent away a hard shot on goal in the 69th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. The audience thought a goal was coming when Thorben Rittmann got free with Frederico Pirani in the 70th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. In the 72nd match minute, Sydney FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Thorben Rittmann to maneuver through the defense. 75 minutes into the match, OS IMPOSSIVEIS's goal looked a bit too open when Pierre Möhn came free, but Frederico Pirani reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Florian Guderian showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Delfim Aparecido in the 76th minute of the match. After 79 played minutes OS IMPOSSIVEIS got a freekick which was hit by Alessandro Saraiva. After 85 minutes of play, OS IMPOSSIVEIS's Gilberto Silveira made it 1-1 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Florian Guderian was left in no man's land by his defense there! Both teams had looked equal from kick-off, and no-one was surprised when the match finally ended in a draw.
