In the 12th minute Hugo Jaramillo shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Omar Estebano saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 12 minutes into the match, Hugo Jaramillo had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Omar Estebano. Karasuno's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Hugo Jaramillo was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 0-3. After 14 minutes, Teofilo Berenguer mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Karasuno and the Buenos Muchachos players grew even worse after the yellow card. In the 14th match minute, Karasuno was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Teofilo Berenguer to maneuver through the defense. The Buenos Muchachos fans' excitement grew in the 16th match minute when Buenos Muchachos's Emilio Boix looked to have a clear shot with the ball near the goal. The shot wasn't hard, but the ball still rolled over the goal line to make it 0-4 before the goalkeeper had a chance to intervene. An unexpectedly hard shot by Emilio Boix in the 20th minute of play forced Karasuno's goalkeeper Omar Estebano to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 22nd minute, Hugo Jaramillo ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Omar Estebano was frozen by the shot and now it was 0-5. Omar Estebano showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Hugo Jaramillo, who was totally free with the ball in the 25th minute. 26 minutes into the match, Karasuno's goal looked a bit too open when Hugo Jaramillo came free, but Omar Estebano reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Omar Estebano showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Emilio Boix, who was totally free with the ball in the 28th minute. Raúl Pardemanos sent away a hard shot on goal in the 39th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. Omar Estebano made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Emilio Boix in the 44th minute of play. The Karasuno players were disheartened as they walked off the pitch after the first half. Buenos Muchachos were winning 0-6.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Hugo Jaramillo was the one to do the kick off. Fausto Ler fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 53rd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without 乔邦树 having to interfere. Teofilo Berenguer was shown his second yellow card after 54 minutes, following a rather ugly tackle on opponent. That was the end of his participation in the match. A collision led to Karasuno getting a freekick after 55 minutes play. Teofilo Berenguer hit a great ball. 57 minutes into the game, Emilio Boix lined in a short shot 0-7 behind a frustrated Omar Estebano. The audience thought a goal was coming when Hugo Jaramillo got free with Omar Estebano in the 63rd minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. After some fancy dribbling in the 67th minute, Hugo Jaramillo managed to get in a good position for a shot. Buenos Muchachos's supporters rose to their feet, but Hugo Jaramillo was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Omar Estebano breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. 69 minutes into the game, Hugo Jaramillo cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 0-8. Omar Estebano was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. After 71 minutes, Fausto Ler mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Karasuno and the Buenos Muchachos players grew even worse after the yellow card. In the 72nd minute, Fausto Ler hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. When Hugo Jaramillo came up free with the goalie in the 76th minute, the Buenos Muchachos fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Hugo Jaramillo couldn't finish the play. 77 minutes into the match, Emilio Boix had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Omar Estebano. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Nicolás Carranza during the 86th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. Nicolás Carranza kicked well hit freekick during the 86th minute of the match. 89 minutes into the game, Alfonso Karmel was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Karasuno's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Buenos Muchachos the free kick. If Hugo Jaramillo had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 91st minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead.
