Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Benicio Balasi in the 7th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Esbjörn Forssell prevented the ball from getting in the gole. If Walery Fikus had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 8th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. An unexpectedly hard shot by John Wick in the 16th minute of play forced CA Quake's goalkeeper Silverio Cordearo to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After 18 minutes CA Quake's defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Walery Fikus who took care of the corner kick. After a rather tough play, Kerkûk FC's Isaac Kilberg got a free kick in the 22nd minute. A collision led to CA Quake getting a freekick after 26 minutes play. Eloy Larra hit a great ball. Silverio Cordearo showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Henning Björk, who was totally free with the ball in the 28th minute. John Wick scored 1-1 in the 31st match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Silverio Cordearo, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. In the 34th match minute, CA Quake was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Cayetano Aznaro to maneuver through the defense. Benicio Balasis short, quick shot in the 40thth minute got Esbjörn Forssell to make great effort and bar the ball away from getting in. In the 44th minute, Abel Inko hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. After a rather tough play, Kerkûk FC's Walery Fikus got a free kick in the 47th minute. The first half was very even, with the score at 1-1 when the whistle went for half-time. The players welcomed the break and quickly retired to the dressing rooms.
When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Walery Fikus made a kick off. Benicio Balasi struck a weak shot in the 50th minute. Esbjörn Forssell didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for CA Quake. Kerkûk FC's Esbjörn Forssell played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Andres Ubelteso in the 56th minute of play. Silverio Cordearo showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Henning Björk, who was totally free with the ball in the 60th minute. Esbjörn Forssell showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Benicio Balasi in the 61st minute of the match. Walery Fikus could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 63rd minute of the match, but Silverio Cordearo made a huge save. Kerkûk FC's Esbjörn Forssell played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Benicio Balasi in the 65th minute of play. 68 minutes into the match, Walery Fikus notched a goal, 1-2, to the right of CA Quake's Silverio Cordearo. Silverio Cordearo was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. CA Quake's Tomi Giusti was substituted for Eloy Larra. CA Quake made a substitution. Igor Jago replaced Abel Inko. CA Quake's Jacobo Mouricio was substituted for Victoriano Sustrai. In the 73rd minute, Tomi Giusti hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Henning Björk's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Silverio Cordearo read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 77th minute of play. 81 minutes into the match, CA Quake's goalkeeper Silverio Cordearo had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Henning Björk. Valentin Hammarbäck hit a great freekick 82 minutes into the match. When Rogelio Sadurni came up free with the goalie in the 83rd minute, the CA Quake fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Rogelio Sadurni couldn't finish the play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Andres Ubelteso in the 85th minute of play forced Kerkûk FC's goalkeeper Esbjörn Forssell to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After a rather tough play, Kerkûk FC's Walery Fikus got a free kick in the 87th minute. After 89 played minutes Kerkûk FC got a freekick which was hit by Henning Björk. Kerkûk FC's Esbjörn Forssell played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Benicio Balasi in the 89th minute of play. The corner went over the outstretched arms of Kerkûk FC's goalie and right to Andres Ubelteso. He fired away a shot at goal, but the shot had too much spin, and it went just outside the goal. Kerkûk FC's manager breathed a sigh of relief on the sidelines as his team had managed to escape an almost certain goal. 96 minutes into the match, CA Quake's goal looked a bit too open when Walery Fikus came free, but Silverio Cordearo reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. When the final whistle was heard the away supporters stood up and showed their joy. Kerkûk FC had managed to secure a win in what was a close match throughout.
