Silverio Cordearo made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Rafe Vallina in the 13th minute of play. Henrique Taranco hit a great freekick 14 minutes into the match. 15 minutes into the match, CA Quake's Rogelio Sadurni sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Haitz Langarica narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Silverio Cordearo showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Lauro Acebal in the 17th minute of the match. Haitz Langarica made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Andres Ubelteso in the 18th minute of play. Haitz Langarica took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Cayetano Aznaro, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. The crowd rose to their feet as Lauro Acebal kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving Silverio Cordearo. That made the score 1-0 in the 21 minute of play. 24 minutes into the game, Atletico Aragua FC's Christiano Fano nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Silverio Cordearo made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 2-0. Cayetano Aznaro fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 27th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Haitz Langarica having to interfere. Haitz Langarica made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Benicio Balasi in the 34th minute of play. Silverio Cordearo made a fantastic save in the 37th minute, when Renato Nunez-Tesheira sent off a good shot on target. Atletico Aragua FC's Haitz Langarica played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Benicio Balasi in the 38th minute of play. CA Quake's Silverio Cordearo proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 39th minute of the match, managed to save CA Quake from getting a goal against them. Silverio Cordearo made an important save on a dangerous shot by Renato Nunez-Tesheira in the 44th minute. After some careless play in the CA Quake defense, Rafe Vallina kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Silverio Cordearo. The CA Quake fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Silverio Cordearo should have stopped the shot. The away team players looked dejected as the walked off the pitch at half time. They had fought hard, but were still losing 4-0.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Benicio Balasi to strike the kick off in the second half. CA Quake's Silverio Cordearo played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Lauro Acebal in the 68th minute of play. Silverio Cordearo showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Renato Nunez-Tesheira in the 69th minute of the match. In the 70th minute Renato Nunez-Tesheira shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Silverio Cordearo saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. CA Quake's Igor Jago was substituted for Abel Inko. 80 minutes had been played when some careless play by Atletico Aragua FC's defense caused the ball to cross the line for a corner. Rogelio Sadurni was slow to take the kick. During this time CA Quake's players had a chance to rest. Silverio Cordearo showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Renato Nunez-Tesheira, who was totally free with the ball in the 92nd minute. The crowd rose to their feet and cheered when the referee blew the final whistle. Atletico Aragua FC had won after a very even match.
