Witold Gotfryd started the match with the kick off. Lucas Lopez sent away a hard shot on goal in the 5th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. Witold Gotfryd received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 11th minute. Esbjörn Forssell tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Nicky Williamson made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Walery Fikus in the 13th minute of play. In the 21st minute of the match Kerkûk FC got a corner. OS IMPOSSIVEIS's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Walery Fikus ran over to the corner to take the kick. Nicky Williamson came out of the goal in the 22nd minute to try and stop a shot by Kerkûk FC's Walery Fikus. But to his dismay, Walery Fikus quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-1. An unexpectedly hard shot by Henning Björk in the 26th minute of play forced OS IMPOSSIVEIS's goalkeeper Nicky Williamson to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Kerkûk FC's Esbjörn Forssell proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 27th minute of the match, managed to save Kerkûk FC from getting a goal against them. In the 30th minute, Ernesto Fino hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. An unexpectedly hard shot by Walery Fikus in the 33rd minute of play forced OS IMPOSSIVEIS's goalkeeper Nicky Williamson to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Orxan Alişanov fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 45th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Esbjörn Forssell having to interfere.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Walery Fikus to make the kick off. An unexpectedly hard shot by Witold Gotfryd in the 58th minute of play forced Kerkûk FC's goalkeeper Esbjörn Forssell to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Henning Björk in the 67thth minute had a little luck and got a chance for a shot in front of the goal. Without hesitation aimed to the right of Nicky Williamson, who managed to lunge to the right direction and made a save. Witold Gotfryd sent away a hard shot on goal in the 71st minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. After some careless play in the Kerkûk FC defense, Witold Gotfryd kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Esbjörn Forssell. The Kerkûk FC fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Esbjörn Forssell should have stopped the shot. OS IMPOSSIVEIS's Dedé de Toledo was substituted for Witold Gotfryd. Dedé de Toledo fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 77th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Esbjörn Forssell having to interfere. Isaac Kilberg recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 82nd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Nicky Williamson took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Henning Björk, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. An unexpectedly hard shot by Henning Björk in the 84th minute of play forced OS IMPOSSIVEIS's goalkeeper Nicky Williamson to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Nicky Williamson took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Walery Fikus, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. For all the effort they put into the match, the Kerkûk FC players left disappointed. They had fought hard, but couldn't break down the home team's defense. The match ended in a win for OS IMPOSSIVEIS.
