Spectators: 42 (Terracing: 32, Seating: 10, VIP seats: 0) Ecuador's Daniel Zorita started the match with a crisp pass. The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. Luis Andino recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 3rd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. The supporters of Ecuador booed when PamantDeFlori was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 6 match minutes in a wonderful position. Emiliano Umanzor didn't get a good kick on the ball. 12 minutes into the game, Daniel Zorita cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 0-1. Ivan Popete was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Juan Sebastián Puig took the ball and in the 15 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Ivan Popete. Ivan Popete dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-2. In the 19th minute, Marin Covrig got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. In the 23rd minute the ball was on its way in behind PamantDeFlori's goalkeeper Ivan Popete, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Ivan Popete showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Cristian Sancho, who was totally free with the ball in the 24th minute. In the 27th minute, Emiliano Umanzor hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Cristian Sancho received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 29th minute. Ivan Popete tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 30th minute Cristian Sancho shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Ivan Popete saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After 33 played minutes PamantDeFlori got a freekick which was hit by Pompiliu Pamfil. Agustín Saelices scored 0-3 in the 35th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Ivan Popete, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Antonio Arias hit a great freekick 39 minutes into the match. After a rather tough play, PamantDeFlori's Eg Masorsky got a free kick in the 43rd minute. If Luis Andino had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 45th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. The crowd was extremely unhappy with the home team's performance in the first half. They were losing 0-3.

The wind increased when Marin Covrig made the kick off in the second half. A collision led to Ecuador getting a freekick after 53 minutes play. Antonio Arias hit a great ball. Juan Sebastián Puig recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 57th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Ecuador's Julio Vera played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Emiliano Umanzor in the 64th minute of play. The supporters of PamantDeFlori booed when Ecuador was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 65 match minutes in a wonderful position. Felix Montes didn't get a good kick on the ball. After 66 played minutes, PamantDeFlori's Mircea Siteavu shot from a long distance, and at first it looked like the ball was going into the goal, but the goalkeeper Julio Vera came through and got his fingers on the ball before it flew over the goal line. He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in PamantDeFlori reached it. 70 minutes into the match, PamantDeFlori's goal looked a bit too open when Cristian Sancho came free, but Ivan Popete reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. With a little luck, PamantDeFlori's Ivan Popete got control of the ball when Daniel Zorita tried to sneak it across the goal line. Julio Vera made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Remus Simionaş in the 73rd minute of play. Cristian Sancho sent away a hard shot on goal in the 80th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. When Pompiliu Pamfil fell near the penalty area in the 82nd minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored PamantDeFlori's protests and gave Pompiliu Pamfil a yellow card for diving instead. A collision led to PamantDeFlori getting a freekick after 82 minutes play. Pompiliu Pamfil hit a great ball. Ivan Popete showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Luis Andino in the 84th minute of the match. Ivan Popete made an important save on a dangerous shot by Daniel Zorita in the 88th minute. Julio Vera showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Marin Covrig in the 90th minute of the match. Remus Simionaş sent away a hard shot on goal in the 92nd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Marin Covrig in the 94th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Julio Vera prevented the ball from getting in the gole. When the match was over Ecuador could go home with a victory in their luggage, having controlled the game far better than PamantDeFlori throughout the match.
