Spectators: 43 (Terracing: 33, Seating: 10, VIP seats: 0) It was fairly windy and cold on the field when Nicanor Parra kicked off to start the match. Primitivo Andino made in the 3rd minute of the game a fairly good throw-in which was taken care of by Felix Montenegro. If Nicanor Parra had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 5th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. Ecuador's Julio Vera proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 5th minute of the match, managed to save Ecuador from getting a goal against them. An unexpectedly hard shot by Cristian Sancho in the 13th minute of play forced Navalito's goalkeeper Soriano Espiñeira to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Soriano Espiñeira stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Cristian Sancho's shot from short distance in the 16th minute. In the 21st minute the ball was on its way in behind Ecuador's goalkeeper Julio Vera, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Julio Vera showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Carlos Gustavo Caicedo, who was totally free with the ball in the 23rd minute. Nicanor Parra struck a weak shot in the 25th minute. Julio Vera didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Navalito. Daniel Zorita recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 28th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. In the 29th minute Agustín Saelices shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Soriano Espiñeira saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Amanda Björn could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 31st minute of the match, but Julio Vera made a huge save. Soriano Espiñeira showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Cristian Sancho, who was totally free with the ball in the 34th minute. In the 37th minute Juan Sebastián Puig shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Soriano Espiñeira saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Nicanor Parra could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 39th minute of the match, but Julio Vera made a huge save. Juan Sebastián Puig fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 41st minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Soriano Espiñeira having to interfere. Nicanor Parra's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Julio Vera read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 42nd minute of play. Primitivo Andino's late challenge caught a Navalito's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Primitivo Andino helped the player get up and apologised. After 44 played minutes Ecuador got a freekick which was hit by Primitivo Andino. The fans had the chance to grab some refreshments as the whistle went for half-time. The score stood at 0-0 after a close first half.

Cristian Sanchos short, quick shot in the 52ndth minute got Soriano Espiñeira to make great effort and bar the ball away from getting in. If Agustín Saelices had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 54th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Cristian Sancho in the 57th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Soriano Espiñeira saved Navalito from getting behind. An unexpectedly hard shot by Nicanor Parra in the 61st minute of play forced Ecuador's goalkeeper Julio Vera to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 61 minutes in the game, the ball went up into the seats when Navalito's Nicanor Parra fired away a shot that was just a little bit too high. He walked away shaking his head. Navalito's Isidoro Young was substituted for Nicanor Parra. Navalito's Clemente Esquerra was substituted for Faustino Huaiquiman. Isidoro Young recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 66th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Navalito's Amanda Björn got a good chance for a goal in the 67th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Felix Montenegro in the 73rdth minute had a little luck and got a chance for a shot in front of the goal. Without hesitation aimed to the right of Soriano Espiñeira, who managed to lunge to the right direction and made a save. Felix Montenegros short, quick shot in the 73rdth minute got Soriano Espiñeira to make great effort and bar the ball away from getting in. Soriano Espiñeira made a fantastic save in the 79th minute, when Daniel Zorita sent off a good shot on target. Julio Vera showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Isidoro Young in the 80th minute of the match. 81 minutes into the match, Navalito's goalkeeper Soriano Espiñeira had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Daniel Zorita. In the 88th minute, Cristian Sancho made a precise shot to the right of Soriano Espiñeira. Navalito's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 0-2. Julio Vera showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Isidoro Young, who was totally free with the ball in the 93rd minute. In the 96th minute Isidoro Young shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Julio Vera saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Ecuador played a much better game than Navalito and deserved their victory. The Navalito players were clearly disappointed as they left the ground.
