Mexico's Joel Gaona got a good chance for a goal in the 61st minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. The corner led JubiladosPlayasdeMalagaFS's Vincente Iraegui to fire away a dangerous shot which Dante Lacasa despite some difficulties managed to get hold on the ball. In the 68th minute Alberto Tafalla shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Tino Casal saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Lautaro Mancebo who was well placed in front of the goal fired away a dangerous shot that in the 70thth minute tested the skills of Tino Casal when he managed to save the team from getting behind. Ari Brantwein kicked well hit freekick during the 77th minute of the match.
