An unexpectedly hard shot by Moises Tafalla in the 11th minute of play forced ★RO★ Afrimesti FC 2007's goalkeeper Nektarios Varveris to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 12th minute, Lucrețiu Ghimiș made a precise shot to the right of Lautaro Navarro. Honduras's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 1-0. Honduras's defense didn't have a chance, in the 15th minute, when Irinel Tatomir scored to the left of an out of position Lautaro Navarro, making the score, 2-0. ★RO★ Afrimesti FC 2007's Nektarios Varveris played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Edmundo Espiga in the 25th minute of play. Irinel Tatomir was really disappointed when he shot the ball just outside the right post instead of scoring a goal in the 26th minute. ★RO★ Afrimesti FC 2007's manager could be seen on the sidelines shaking his head and muttering to himself as his team had just wasted another chance. When Lucrețiu Ghimiș fell near the penalty area in the 29th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored ★RO★ Afrimesti FC 2007's protests and gave Lucrețiu Ghimiș a yellow card for diving instead. In the 29th match minute, ★RO★ Afrimesti FC 2007 was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Lucrețiu Ghimiș to maneuver through the defense. Nektarios Varveris showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Edmundo Espiga, who was totally free with the ball in the 33rd minute. An unexpectedly hard shot by Irinel Tatomir in the 38th minute of play forced Honduras's goalkeeper Lautaro Navarro to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Lautaro Navarro showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Irinel Tatomir in the 41st minute of the match. A collision led to Honduras getting a freekick after 44 minutes play. Esteban Carvallo hit a great ball. 45 minutes into the match, Honduras's goalkeeper Lautaro Navarro had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Lucrețiu Ghimiș.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Irinel Tatomir was the one to do the kick off. Edmundo Espiga fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 56th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Nektarios Varveris having to interfere. After some careless play in the Honduras defense, Irinel Tatomir kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Lautaro Navarro. The Honduras fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Lautaro Navarro should have stopped the shot. In the 64th minute, Irinel Tatomir ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Lautaro Navarro was frozen by the shot and now it was 6-0. After 68th play minutes Irinel Tatomir shot 7-0, a short shot which went by Lautaro Navarro and just under the crossbar into goal. After 72 minutes of play, ★RO★ Afrimesti FC 2007's Irinel Tatomir made it 8-0 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Lautaro Navarro was left in no man's land by his defense there! A sloppy throw-in by Ole-Petter Korsvik in the 75th minute of the game went astray and was snapped up by Honduras's Esteban Carvallo. ★RO★ Afrimesti FC 2007's attacker deliberately struck the ball against an opponent to win a corner for his team. The corner was taken by Eugen Mihălțan in the 80th minute. 85 minutes into the match, Honduras's goal looked a bit too open when Lucrețiu Ghimiș came free, but Lautaro Navarro reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Lucrețiu Ghimiș's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Lautaro Navarro read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 86th minute of play. Honduras's Lautaro Navarro played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Lucrețiu Ghimiș in the 88th minute of play. 90 minutes into the match, Honduras's goal looked a bit too open when Irinel Tatomir came free, but Lautaro Navarro reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Nektarios Varveris made an important save on a dangerous shot by Edmundo Espiga in the 93rd minute. 94 minutes in the game Ole-Petter Korsvik did a throw-in, and the ball was quickly in game thanks to Lucrețiu Ghimiș.
